MacBook arrived in far better condition than I was expecting for the condition rating. 1 tiny dent in top cover. Otherwise everything in excellent condition visually and operational. Well… ordered an excellent 2019 MacBook Pro and that’s exactly what it is. No visible scratches everything fired right up and is in great shape! Only 126 battery cycles (anything under 1000 is good). Couple small issues but I believe updating the Mac solved those. Now this is day 1 so I will update again after having for a while but from what I’m seeing so far I will never go buy a brand new machine again. Half the cost and is amazing.

Very satisfied with my purchase. I’ve had this MacBook Pro 2019 for over a month now & I love it. I had the 2013 MacBook Pro but wanted to upgrade and I’m glad I did! I use it for school & normal web browsing & it has been working great. The speakers are loud af. I love the Touch Bar btw! I bought this computer as Fair Condition but it came looking beautiful (like new) and most importantly it works :) Thanks guys I will definitely purchase from this website again & the seller who supplied mine was called Sprout.

The MacBook Pro I received looked to be in perfect condition cosmetically, came with Sonoma already installed and ready to go. A great upgrade from my 2017 MacBook Air - would definitely buy from Back Market again

I really like this MacBook. It is a small model, and looks good. Also, the battery life is very good for a 2019 computer. I have had no issues with it, and recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap and reliable MacBook. This has nothing to do with Backmarket, but the only thing I don't like about it is the computer heats up VERY quickly. Great product!

I waited about 3 months to write a review. This laptop is amazing ! I Purchased the fair version and only came with one scratch. Everything works just fine in the laptop. The only thing is Apple Pay but that is okay for the price! In the setting it say Apple Pay has been disabled because the security settings of this Mac has been notified

As explained in the "Condition" chart, this computer is flawless concerning its inside parts. The keyboard does need to be replaced however, but not to worry since I use a remote keyboard and mouse. Great value for the money!
