I ordered my MacBook Pro and it came within 3 days. I paid for the fair condition-- and it came perfectly to be honest. I didn't see a single scuff or scratched. The only downside to my order, was that I didn't receive a charger with my order like it said I would, so I had to scramble to find a compatible one. BackMarket support responded to me almost immediately and credited my account for one. I was a bit nervous as it was my first order from BackMarket, but I would definitely purchase from here again.

It’s decent, it plays well with my other apple devices, for the most part. Mirroring through the Apple TV sometimes the video freezes, not sure which is the culprit on that one the MacBook, Apple TV, or internet… Battery drains quicker than my last Mac Book, not sure if that’s due size difference between 13.3 in and a 17 in. I’m getting use to that it doesn’t make loud defining click sound when click on something on your screen.

I am really happy with the computer. I bought the "fair" option and to me it works like new. No scratches or dents. Came with Apple charger. I didn't have a need to contact customer service, so I don't know if the customer service is good or not but the computer arrived within 3 days of ordering it. I am happy with my purchase.

i love it! i was a little skeptical because of a few negative reviews but i chose condition good and it exceeded my expectations! there are a few very small scratches on the top but i got a cover to put over it to prevent any further. i will be purchasing another for my sister! 10/10
