This macbook pro is top notch. It was labeled as "fair" condition but I haven't noticed any scratches, dents, anything! I absolutely love the touch bar above the keyboard and the touch ID to unlock my mac. I didn't realize it only has 2 usb-c ports, but an adapter off amazon fixed that problem easy peasy. I am a very happy customer, and I recommend BackMarket to anyone wanting great technology but can't afford to buy something brand new. 10/10 rating, no complaints here :)

I really love my MacBook Pro Retina, because it looks as if it is a brand new MacBook and it works so well. The MacBook was delivered a few days earlier than the date it was to be received and that made me very happy. I have no complaints with this computer. I was referred to this web site by my son who also had purchased a computer from your site. And I would refer anyone else to this site myself.

I was initially nervous on making this purchase but I did as much research as I could and finally made the decision to go for it, partially because it was time to get a new computer but mainly because the ease and pricing. Picking out the computer that fit my preferences and price range was super easy! I like the options that were available. I’ve had my MacBook Pro for over a month now and I love it so much! It’s perfect for travel because it’s thin and lightweight. ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE BUY!!! I’ll shop with Back Market again.

I ordered after after spilling soup all over my MacBook. It was def my 13th reason but found the same if not better condition of my MacBook for a fraction of the cost and took the chance. It came within a few days (I was waiting at the door everyday). Delivery was very secure and requires a signature. My new computer is in great condition and works better than my previous. hopefully I wont need to but if I ever need to purchase any other electronics it will definitely be from BackMarket!

The computer frequently gets very hot, which causes the fan to run constantly. That drains the battery, and the heat may decrease longevity of the battery. I use it like I used my previous MBP 13"(using the internet and creating/editing documents mostly), and did not have the heating-up problem. I first noticed this a few days into using it. I like the display and the touchID. Back Market has provided great service to me, though I was disappointed in the product.
