I received in 2 day after ordering the Samsung A13 phone that was rated as excellent, and I must say that I am a bit perplexed by the scale used to determine its condition. Despite being labeled as excellent, the front and back of the phone is marred with chips and scratch marks. It was quite surprising to see such damage on a device marked as being in top condition. On a more positive note, the phone is well protected and wrapped for shipping and came with a charge cable and adapter, which was a nice bonus. Overall, the price I paid for the phone is meets my budget. I am satisfied with the purchase. I do wish there is more clarification on the condition judgement for future purchase.

I received the phone quickly and it was in excellent shape. The only issue i have is I ordered an unlocked phone but it was locked so my carrier couldn't work with it. I had to return the phone and order another. this was my daughters first phone so she was very disappointed we had to return it for another one already.

Purchased this as a replacement for my mother, setup was easy, phone was wiped properly and ready for a new person, overall yet another reason for me to return here and refer backmarket to any in need of good hardware for a lovely price.

So far so good! I went from 16G storage to 64G and paid about $30 more than I did for my old phone. I'm going a little crazy downloading apps! Working great for me so far. I am getting more spam calls than I did with my old number. Not sure who's fault that is.

This phone is NOT UNLOCKED ! The phone arrived in Very Good condition, as advertised. But I very much wanted to use it on the Verizon system, and it does not work on Verizon. It is only usable on the AT&T and T-Mobile systems. It is LOCKED. This is important because we live in a remote area where service is spotty, and service depends on the provider's system. Our other phones work great here under the Verizon system, but the T-Mobile system is completely unusable, as are providers like Mint who use it. I did not return the phone because it would take at least two hours of my time to do that, and my time has value. Also, I needed this phone to be up and running quickly, and cheaply. The phone was unusable under Mint but works well under Good2Go provider, which uses the AT&T system. But this setup is not what I wanted nor what I paid for. The seller should have taken the 10 minutes to positively determine whether the phone was unlocked, but did not. I strongly recommend not buying from this seller.
