4/5Bought a refurbished iPad Pro 11-in (2018) and it works fine! It has a spot where the screen dimples or warps slightly when I touch it/draw on it, which is a little problematic as a digital artist, drawing being the primary use case for this device, but I also recognize that it was a decent price, and I bought it at "Fair" quality. 5/5Excellent iPad Pro. I like how it came wrapped in original packaging with its Apple box. It was all very professional and it looked new. It functions perfectly and I honestly don’t mind it being an M1 chip as the 2021 model. I’m a photographer, so I figured it’d be enough but if not next year I’ll get the latest iPad Pro from you! Everything works great.. the only thing I’m noticing is that is the battery isn’t the best or maybe it could be the charger - sometimes it takes a while to charge or the charge doesn’t hold as long. 4.1/5I've purchased other items thru back market before and had a great experience but this ipad was really disappointing. I traded in the ipad i purchased new from costco only because i need more space on my device, and the ipad i received was worse than the device I traded in :c There was an option on here to send it back for repair but because of my work I can't be without a device for that long. The device's battery is actually great and for the most part its an ok ipad but I only use it for drawing, its my livelihood, and the screen has 3 dead spots that have become kind of tedious to work around.
