My surface 3 came in nicely packaged to protect it. And it came with its micro usb charger with the 90 degree angle. And even more pleasing was my particular tablet happend to have a wonderful deal on it for the memory and condition compared to other options within the site. Arrival was fast and even a day sooner than expected. i could barely find any signs of use outside of the light scratching around the micro charging port from attempts to plug it in. Have had the tablet in use for 2 weeks now and everything is running smoothly. Sure it's slower being an older tablet but I wanted a budget tablet for small things and to see if I was even someone who wanted to use a tablet enough to invest in a more powerful one eventually. First time purchase with Backmarket and i'm very pleased and would happily purchase more.

Overall, perfect! The tablet is functioning well, it has not visable damage anywhere. It even comes with a very nice case for free! It also came with a charger. Word of advise!!! Get a charging dock for your surface 3. It is not the sellers fault that the charger ports are defective. I have owned 3 now, the microusb charger port breaks easily. Using the usb in a dock is much more effective and improves the tablets life. It's honestly the same quality I have gotten as with Amazon, but cheaper, and with a charger and a case! The one I got also has an interesting texture on the back, which I enjoy. I was a bit scared to buy this item, as reviews online of backmarkets legitimately was a bit mixed. But I can say this seller at least is very high quality! Thank you!!

The MS Surface 3 was in great shape. My mistake was in not realizing that it did not come with a keyboard. My mistake completely; not misrepresentation on the part of the company. It was a bit difficult finding one, but Newegg came thru, at a reasonable price.

I was nervous about buying a refurbished item especially when I have to wait for a few days to get it. I got the item in a huge huge box that was secured inside. Though the box of the item was open and was not secured. Maybe forgot to tape it in place but the item was intact. I looked and the item I bought was more than what I expected. It was in a very excellent condition for the price I paid for it. No scratches or dings on it. It looked like it was brand new. After using it for a few weeks, I would say it was worth the buy. No problems for me software and hardware-wise. The only issue was the actual box that could have been taken care better so the item does not come out of the acutal box.
