Refurbished Tablets

I bought a phone from Back Market a while back and I've come here for newer devices ever since! I recently bought an iPad 10.5 and it arrived quickly with no apparent scratches or marks. My experience with Back Market has been great but whoever the actual refurbisher/seller was for my iPad I'm not happy with. This is my third purchase from Back Market and my worst experience although it wasn't totally bad since the iPad is working and the imperfections are hidden by the case. I thought I ordered excellent condition (haven't checked my invoice yet to verify) and was disappointed in getting a very good condition iPad. Looking at it, I wouldn't call it very good condition. It's very noticeable that the screen had been removed. It has nicks all around the edges of the screen from being removed and some glue showing where they reassembled it. The case I put it in hides the imperfections. I also experienced difficulties setting it up, but it is working the way I want it now. I was very pleased with the other two purchases I made, an apple watch and a gen 8 iPad like this one; both for my wife, this one was for me. I don't have a problem with refurbished and would order from Back Market again.

I bought a refurbished iPad mini 2021 from Back Market and I am very impressed with the quality and service. The iPad was labeled good condition but it looked brand new with no scratches or dents. It also came with AppleCare until October, which is a nice bonus. The only issue I had was that the vendor sent me the wrong cable, but they quickly resolved it and sent me the correct one in less than a week. The customer service was friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely buy from Back Market again. Highly recommended!

Ordered the Ipad 7th gen with 128GM and came today in great condition despite fair refurbishment! I’m impressed as it didn’t come with any scratches or anything of the sort. This is my first purchase from Back Market and will not be my last.

iPad came almost fully charged ! I am upgrading from the iPad Mini 6 to a Pro, and at first glance I love the bigger screen. The iPad just needed to be updated and all my data transferred over seamlessly. I ordered the iPad in Excellent Condition and you wouldn't even be able to tell that it was Refurbished. It looks practically brand new. Definitely will be buying from Back Market again !!

Works pretty well. Everything is pretty smooth except the Touch ID is sometimes faulty. I was disappointed to learn that it does not update to iOS 17 even though the description said that it updates to the latest iOS version for iPad. Came quickly in the mail in very good condition even though I bought a fair condition iPad. Definitely recommend buying from this refurbished seller.

The iPad overall is good but somethings that I noticed is that it takes a long time to charge and dies a bit quicker and I also have to press harder on the screen to press applications. Also on the drawing app that I use it delete itself and when I’m playing music at taps on different songs that I’m not tapping on kind of annoying, but overall OK because I know what I was paying for when I bought a refurbished iPad.
