I bought a fair ps4 and unfortunately it came with a damaged internal power button. The whole gold thingy majigg inside of the console was broken and to turn the console on I had to insert a dvd into the drive. So far it runs smoothly, bits of dust hear and there inside the console but an ok deal for a “fair” console if I’m being honest. Definitely recommend even though there were problems along the way. Would’ve given 5 stars honestly, delivery was on time, controller is good and the console doesn’t run loud.

PS5 alerted it was not propturned off, and there was a profile still on the PS5. I had to factory reset the device myself, and am concerned that the seller didn’t check that the system was functioning properly.

It runs really good and it came in looking brand new, though I don’t know if there was a controller included, that’s what I thought since I saw a controller in the pictures but there was no controller but other than that the ps4 is great!

Order was due for the 15th and came a day earlier which was nice! I've had it for about 5 days and hasn't gave me an issues yet! The console itself and the remote was in excellent condition. So far I'm beyond happy with what I received. Anddd if something changes, I'll be back on here but I'm hoping not. Lol.

The product was exactly what I paid for and in theexpected condition. It works great and the whgole process was easy on BackMarket. I have purchaes a few things through here with great success and will continue to do so.

I purchased a PS4 Pro for my 8 year old brother. It got to me in about a week's time. I purchased an "Excellent" condition one. It appears to be in really good shape. My only gripe is that the HDD cover plate on the back is missing. I took out the old 1TB HDD and swapped in a new 1TB Samsung 870 Evo SSD to speed up load times. Thankfully the PS4 Pro's HDD is a lot easier to access than the one in the Xbox One X. The controller too was in great condition. I will update if any problems arise.

I went through absolute hell trying to get this PS5. I had to go to the post office to pick it up twice and it ended up being delivered to my house. But I would say it was more of USPS’s than backmarket’s.

Smooth and timely experience. My PS4 arrived a day earlier than promised. It was packaged VERY WELL. I was impressed. Inside, I was surprised to find the console in the original box. All of the appropriate cords were included. The unit was clean and blemish free. The only negative I encountered was that the controller was filthy. It was easy enough to clean, so it didn't bother me. Everything seems to be in working order, and I'm very happy with my experience. 10/10 would buy from Back Market again.
