this didn't come with a mounting dock to connect to tv, that's the main reason I bought it so I could play on tv with my wife. I had to go to game stop to purchase one which costed 80$ in total I have paid more than the price of a brand new switch. I feel like an idiot, I really like back market but this seller did me dirty. I would be happy if I can get a partial refund of 80$ to cover the cost of the mounting dock.

I had a switch lite forever and wanted to be able to play on my tv. I know the new Switch will be here before we know it so I got a used one. This is perfect for me. I got one in excellent condition and couldn’t be happier. I really don’t consider myself a BIG gamer bc I play more relaxed / indie games but this was all I needed.

Not only was this whole process sooooo super easy, but I absolutely love my new Xbox. I was going to sell my old Xbox One privately because I was told it wasn't worth anything for trade-in. I ended up buying a brand new Xbox Series S, and was not satisfied so then I found myself here in the home of BackMarket. I found the Xbox that fits my needs and for the same price as the Xbox Series S I bought directly from Microsoft that ended up getting boxed back up and returned within the same week I bought it. I was so pleased with how easy this all was with BackMarket and that I actually got something for my trade-in! Not to mention I can now play games without waiting centuries for it to load and can see every beautiful detail of the game! If you're on the fence, take a leap of faith, throw caution to the wind, or whatever and just do it because you won't regret it.

Super Good, only some cracks on shell for being a Fair condition, 9/10 If you don’t mind it would be perfect for you, almost Excellent just this cracks, over all good product, fast shipping arrive a day early that expected, thank you so muchhhhh!

I bought a fair ps4 and unfortunately it came with a damaged internal power button. The whole gold thingy majigg inside of the console was broken and to turn the console on I had to insert a dvd into the drive. So far it runs smoothly, bits of dust hear and there inside the console but an ok deal for a “fair” console if I’m being honest. Definitely recommend even though there were problems along the way. Would’ve given 5 stars honestly, delivery was on time, controller is good and the console doesn’t run loud.

Only thing was missing was the cord to the remote. but I had plenty since it was a type c port. but everything else seems ok for now. system runs good and delivery was within the time frame given. could've been packaged better though

PS5 alerted it was not propturned off, and there was a profile still on the PS5. I had to factory reset the device myself, and am concerned that the seller didn’t check that the system was functioning properly.
