I was very skeptical about making a big purchase on something like this on here because I saw mixed reviews but more recently I was seeing nothing but good reviews so I took leap of faith and made the purchase. I couldn’t be more happy with my iMac, it came in excellent condition as stated with Apple certified refurbished it looks brand new and works as good as new. Would definitely recommend!!

I love my new iPhone 15 Pro Max and am amazed with the quality- it arrived in perfect condition. Looks like a brand new phone with no scratches or damage and has a battery health of 84%. I was initially looking for refurbished phones on Apple’s certified refurbished site and they have this same model (1TB storage) listed for around $1300 after taxes. Save your money and go with BackMarket!

I recently purchased a refurbished Apple Watch Ultra 2 and I'm genuinely impressed—it's been an excellent buy! The watch arrived in very good condition overall. I am very impressed with the Google pixel I bought from Back Market. The Google pixel 32 GB was the first cell phone I ever owned. Being slippery, I have gone through a number of them, but I still cannot find another phone with a better camera than this older phone. So I always keep a Google Pixel even if I don't use it as a phone, nothing can compare to the camera it has. I had just broken my last one and wasn't sure I would be able to find this phone again. I wasn't sure what I would get because this phone was refurbished, but I didn't think I had a choice. This phone actually has a better camera than the pixel I just broke. Well done, Back Market.

I LOVE ITTTTTT i originally ordered a 2022 macbook pro in ‘excellent’ condition off amazon. huge mistake. not only was it was scratched really bad, but the listing was incorrect. i received a macbook with half the storage than i ordered. i decided to try out backmarket for the first time instead and i will be telling everyone to come here for refurbished, used/older products. this macbook is in perfect condition. PERFECT. not a single scratch, the battery capacity is at 100% and the charging cycles when i received it was at 10. it was used and charged a total of 10 times. what an insane deal. i was shocked when i saw how perfect this thing is. i ordered it in excellent condition and it delivered just as that. it came in the original box with the original charger and charging brick. shipping was fast, placed the order on thursday and it delivered monday. if it wasn’t for the weekend it would of came in 2 days via fedex. customer service responded to be as soon as possible regarding shipping and they even followed up with me to make sure i received the product. if you’re on the fence about ordering from this website do it. you will not regret it.

I was upgrading from my old mid-2014 13-inch MacBook Pro, so I decided to go with the 2021 16-inch MacBook Pro with the M1 Pro chip, 32GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD. I wanted to be 100% sincere in my feedback, so I gave it a good month of heavy use before writing this. Honestly, the quality is outstanding! It arrived on time, well-packaged, and looked pristine—I found zero scratches on it. Even though it had 333 battery cycles, the battery health is great, and it performs like a brand-new machine. I am really enjoying this upgrade and truly appreciate the quality I received!

I ordered a 'premium' condition Macbook Pro, and the whole experience was indeed *premium*. The machine arrived on time and in good shape and turned out to be an Apple refurbished computer with only 7 cycles on the battery and an active AppleCare+ subscription. As far as I can tell it is effectively brand new and all wearable parts never used at all. I couldn't be happier!

For what I paid for, this device is outstanding. Arrived with 85% battery health which isn’t bad for a machine more than 4 years old. Additionally, the way Apple made these devices it feels worth way more than what I paid for it. I needed a replacement for my 13” m1 with a cracked screen that I could only use hooked up to an external monitor. This has been the perfect replacement without having to go brand new. I will probably continue the refurbished route because the value is undeniable, no complaints here.

I was initially skeptical of refurbished stuff, but when my Switch OLED arrived, WOW! I AM IMPRESSED! They delivered on their promise and the switch is in perfect working condition. I will definitely be buying refurbished stuff from these people from now on!
