Device came in on time with the scheduled delivery date, I got the excellent condition with this watch and it is spotless, no scratches or defective parts. The device came with 84% battery health, but it still lasts over 24 hours. This product is amazing for the price, would 100% recommend to others. Upgrading this from an Apple Watch Series 7 was like night and day difference.

The order process was smooth and easy as was payment. The shipping was very fast and I was kept up to date on when to expect the package. The unit was packed well but without too much waste. And the laptop was in better condition than I expected given the listing of Fair. Unit was ready to set up Windows and functioning as it should. I installed Linux instead of Windows and am very pleased with the results. I've recommend to a colleague that this is the way to order a "new" laptop. I've had an extremely positive experience.

I was very skeptical about making a big purchase on something like this on here because I saw mixed reviews but more recently I was seeing nothing but good reviews so I took leap of faith and made the purchase. I couldn’t be more happy with my iMac, it came in excellent condition as stated with Apple certified refurbished it looks brand new and works as good as new. Would definitely recommend!!

Received my like-new MacBook Pro super fast and in perfect condition. Everything works fast and the battery is at 100% health. Also included a 70W usb -c adapter and 2 meter cord The price was unbeatable for this computer that I’m sure will last me a long time.

I was really surprised at the condition this item was in for being rated "fair". It had a couple 1-inch cosmetic scratches (see pic), and that was the only thing I could reckon caused such a low rating. The battery was 88%, 78 cycles, the screen was pristine, the keyboard was perfect, the corners were not impacted at all. Considering the ~50% savings on a < 3-yr-old silicon Mac, I added a $20 thin case and I couldn't be happier. This was clearly a corporate computer as it even had a few months of enterprise Apple Care remaining. I almost didn't leave all this info since I'm afraid this awesome of a deal is likely exceptional and shouldn't be a typical expectation for "fair". But that is my experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely flawless — feels brand new! I was a little hesitant to buy a refurbished Apple Watch, but Back Market completely blew me away. The M2 MacBook Air I got was a lot better than I expected for being "fair condition". It only has a couple of small chips and scratches on the external panels, and the screen looks almost brand new. It runs as well as I expected, so this was an amazing deal!

Package arrived on time and with very little if any visible scratches on the body. Display and keyboard work fantastically well with no issues whatsoever. Battery health came in at 89-90% which isn’t an issue for me since i keep mine on the charger unless i’m on the go all day. Performance is buttery smooth as expected of the M1 Pro Chip. An overall amazing purchase that i would highly recommend to anyone upgrading from the 13 inch M1 or lower.

The watch arrived quickly and was packaged well. After inspecting it, I found only one tiny cosmetic imperfection that was barely noticeable, which was impressive considering it was listed in excellent condition. My biggest concern was the battery life since it was a refurbished device, but it exceeded my expectations. I was able to get about 2½ days of use on a single charge, compared to Apple’s advertised 36 hours. Overall, I’m very happy with the watch and the money I saved. The included watch band was an aftermarket band, but it was surprisingly decent and exactly what I expected for a refurbished purchase.

So far I've had an exceptional experience with Back Market and Omaha Blue. Like other reviewers, I was somewhat hesitant to purchase a refurbished machine, but the no-hassle return policy, included 1-year warranty, and reputation of Omaha Blue nudged me to give it a shot. I got the exact spec machine that I was looking for. Due to my budget, I opted for Fair condition. Many other reviewers had indicated that their "Fair" devices arrived in great shape. This was my experience as well. Couple of very minor scratches, otherwise exterior looks largely like new. Screen is immaculate. Keyboard is in fantastic shape - minimal shine on some of the keys (completely acceptable for a 2021 device). Battery at 90% with only 346 cycles. Just for good measure, I ran all system diagnostics and everything came up green. I've been using this machine for roughly three weeks and so far, it has performed flawlessly. Will definitely return to Back Market and Omaha Blue for future MacBook purchases.

I'm so happy I bought this item refurbished. Although it said it was "good" quality, I have not found and blemishes whatsoever. It works perfectly and I love my new laptop! I think this has converted me to only buying refurbished from now on.

As it was put as “good” condition, it looked almost flawless. There was almost no scratches whatsoever and a good 99% of battery was on. Such a good refurbished phone, will be interested to buy another!

The device came ready for me to set up, transferring data from my old Mac was easy. It didn’t come with the box if that’s something you’re worried about, I didn’t really care so it’s fine. I bought it for school and while I haven’t started yet, it has been working flawlessly so far with everything else. in the past I had issues buying refurbished laptops. Problems with battery… damage.. etc. but this one is perfect and like new. I would happily repurchase from this particular seller knowing I can trust their products to be good <3

Delivery was quick and I was pleasantly impressed with that the condition of the Apple Pencil Pro.. It was exactly as mentioned, in fact it looked as if it was fresh from the box at the Apple Store. It works incredibly. The shipping was fast (got it in 2 days). This is my 1st mac and I'm so glad it was refurbished, I feel like I'm doing something for the planet while I'm getting an excellent devise. The screen and body have no scratches at all making it feel like an actual brand-new item. The only little flaw is some dust within the keyboard keys that I will need a compressed air duster to clean up.

The outer shell is pristine. Seems to have a better battery and SD internal storage upgrade. Came as 64GB instead of 80GB, but I appreciate the included silicone case, new EarPods, USB-cable. Love it!
