I was very skeptical about making a big purchase on something like this on here because I saw mixed reviews but more recently I was seeing nothing but good reviews so I took leap of faith and made the purchase. I couldn’t be more happy with my iMac, it came in excellent condition as stated with Apple certified refurbished it looks brand new and works as good as new. Would definitely recommend!!

I love my new iPhone 15 Pro Max and am amazed with the quality- it arrived in perfect condition. Looks like a brand new phone with no scratches or damage and has a battery health of 84%. I was initially looking for refurbished phones on Apple’s certified refurbished site and they have this same model (1TB storage) listed for around $1300 after taxes. Save your money and go with BackMarket!

I am very impressed with the Google pixel I bought from Back Market. The Google pixel 32 GB was the first cell phone I ever owned. Being slippery, I have gone through a number of them, but I still cannot find another phone with a better camera than this older phone. So I always keep a Google Pixel even if I don't use it as a phone, nothing can compare to the camera it has. I had just broken my last one and wasn't sure I would be able to find this phone again. I wasn't sure what I would get because this phone was refurbished, but I didn't think I had a choice. This phone actually has a better camera than the pixel I just broke. Well done, Back Market.

I was initially hesitant about buying a refurbished iPhone 16 Pro (512GB), after seeing mixed reviews online, then i figured buying a new one might be better. I was upgrading from my old mid-2014 13-inch MacBook Pro, so I decided to go with the 2021 16-inch MacBook Pro with the M1 Pro chip, 32GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD. I wanted to be 100% sincere in my feedback, so I gave it a good month of heavy use before writing this. Honestly, the quality is outstanding! It arrived on time, well-packaged, and looked pristine—I found zero scratches on it. Even though it had 333 battery cycles, the battery health is great, and it performs like a brand-new machine. I am really enjoying this upgrade and truly appreciate the quality I received!

I ordered a 'premium' condition Macbook Pro, and the whole experience was indeed *premium*. The machine arrived on time and in good shape and turned out to be an Apple refurbished computer with only 7 cycles on the battery and an active AppleCare+ subscription. As far as I can tell it is effectively brand new and all wearable parts never used at all. I couldn't be happier!

I absolutely LOVE my refurbished MacBook Air!! I ordered it during their Black Friday sale and it was worth every penny!! I got mine in good condition with 16GB - SSD 512GB In space gray and I love it. 10/10 would recommend. It shipped out fast and they sent the QR code for my trade-in to be shipped through UPS and it was a seamless process. I'll be ordering all my devices through Back Market from now on.

Honestly I was a little hesitant ordering a referbished mac book pro off here. Only because I just had a not so good experience trying to order one through Amazon. I am more then pleased with my Mac book pro. It has a small amount of wear and tear but over all looks like brand new. Battery has 93% which is amazing for a 2021 computer. I found out that they replaced the screen on the computer and that must of been the reason for the refurbished. They used Apple parts for it. I would say order from here I had a great experience.

Performance is excellent — it’s very fast, smooth, and handles multitasking perfectly. The M1 chip is amazing, the screen is clear and beautiful, and the keyboard and trackpad work flawlessly. Battery life is good and suitable for daily use, and overall the laptop feels reliable and high quality. The delivery was smooth, packaging was secure, and the whole experience with Back Market was very positive. This is the second phone I’ve ordered from backmarket, I recommend them to EVERYONE! Not only are they reducing waste, but you can’t beat their prices either!! I ordered the iPhone 12 mini in “fair” condition, and it showed up looking brand new with only a few teeny scratches on the body! For $150 you seriously can’t beat it. I’ve never had issues with the longevity of their refurbished phones, my previous one lasted almost 5 years. The battery capacity on this one is 80% and it has no problem getting through the whole day off a full charge. Everything works like it’s supposed to with zero issues! I love this company, I love this phone, and I could NOT be happier :)
