I was initially looking for refurbished phones on Apple’s certified refurbished site and they have this same model (1TB storage) listed for around $1300 after taxes. As it was put as “good” condition, it looked almost flawless. There was almost no scratches whatsoever and a good 99% of battery was on. Such a good refurbished phone, will be interested to buy another!

My original phone fell, resulting in damage to the screen and internal antenna. Decided to buy this iPhone 7 until the new 18 comes out in September. Out of the box, even for a Fair phone, it almost flawless unless you examined it really close up. They also included a USB-C to lightning cable. Battery life was also 100% and lasts me way more than a day. Even though it's an older phone, I'd say it was worth the money as a good back up.

I bought an iPhone 12 in fair condition, and the experience was honestly really good. I received the phone on time and well-packaged. The screen is great, true tone in it, with no scratches, with a screen protector installed. It had scratches on its sides, but that's expected for a phone in fair condition. The battery percentage is 100%. All in all, I am a happy customer.

it actually came in really good quality, there’s like one scratch on the back, but it’s not even that noticeable in the phone where super well and it came with a fast charger string. I love the color and the battery life seems pretty good. pretty awesome for fair quality

The iPhone SE (2022) delivery was fast, it is in great shape. The battery has a maximum capacity of 100%. As I am only using the SE as an iPod, setup was easy. I used the SE all day at work and only used 50% of capacity. I have loaded my music onto the SE and organized the music using iTunes. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The iphone 13 came in amazing condition for it to be fair the battery health was at 85% and it last me all day the screen is flawless and came with a free screen protector installed the only thing that i found wrong but wasn’t even wrong with the phone was the the outside rings of the camera had scratches but no big deal in my opinion. The charger port is very firm and it sometimes needs a push for it to charge i don’t know why other then that the phone is very good i will be getting more from back market

So happy to have a 13 mini back. Same GB’s and even same color as I’d had before. It was a mistake to try the iPhone 17; too big and too heavy. Researched reliable refurbished iPhones, and Back Market came up as one. As recommended, I also checked out the individual vendor’s reviews; good as well, with years of experience. Ordering was easy; arrived on date stated, and the battery at 92%, with (I think) an Apple battery, because I didn’t get the warning about a non-Apple part (they stated may happen with non-Apple battery) upon turning it on. Battery lasts about 4.5 hours, way less than the 17 which lasts all day. However, I recalled that pretty much is standard with the 13 mini. It simply does not have the battery power of the bigger phones. I expected it to get a bit warm while transferring my data from the 17, yet it never got hot. My phone plan immediately recognized the 13 mini without me having to do anything on their site. I’ve had it about 2 weeks now; and so far, so good.

It is a literal brand new phone. Came with original Apple charger and original Apple SIM card remover and Apple papers and sticker. Battery health 100%. Would highly recommend BEST4TECH as a seller. It’s as good as Apple refurbished.

The phone was listed as excellent condition and that was absolutely true there wasn't a single scratch on the screen or the back of the phone when it arrived. Looked brand new out of the box! I went to settings and ran diagnostic test on the battery life and the results came back that it was in perfect health. I have been using the phone for about 4 days now and the battery is definitely holding up like it should. No issues with the phone at all. I have zero complaints, I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm extatic that I saved a couple hundred dollars as well as made an eco friendly decision in buying a used phone through back market. It made me feel safer in my purchase with the year warranty that comes standard with the purchase and I love that I was able to add another year warranty for a very very reasonable price. I highly recommend back market and I will definitely be making more purchases from them in the future .

honestly the device for the selection of “good” it’s a steal and for the price too! only thing was the “damages” on the camera but with a good camera protector phone looks like brand new and battery health was 100%!

This is the second phone I’ve ordered from backmarket, I recommend them to EVERYONE! Not only are they reducing waste, but you can’t beat their prices either!! I ordered the iPhone 12 mini in “fair” condition, and it showed up looking brand new with only a few teeny scratches on the body! For $150 you seriously can’t beat it. I’ve never had issues with the longevity of their refurbished phones, my previous one lasted almost 5 years. The battery capacity on this one is 80% and it has no problem getting through the whole day off a full charge. Everything works like it’s supposed to with zero issues! I love this company, I love this phone, and I could NOT be happier :)
