    After having my moto g stylus for 3 years, the volume buttons came apart and had to tape it bsck together. I knew it was time for another phone, but i didn't want to spend $300 on something brand new or upgrade to a bigger plan. The phone is exactly as hoe it's described in the description. I will need another phone case, but I really like this phone and it only costed me $156 including shipping. I'm never buying a brand new phone again, I'm sticking with Back Market the next time I need another phone.

    I have always been impressed even when I have gotten fair quality it's been excellent. this time I got Good, to ensure it was better than fair as a future gift for my son. not only is it quite visibly scratched but it is dented. that's usually fair not good quality. and I still never received that for fair. I'm disappointed. the shipping was great. it powers on and works appropriately.

    The definition of 'UnLocked' does not leave a Refurbished phone shrieking "SIM Card is Not From Verizon" message every half hour or whatever it is. What is left that needs to be nuked, and where is the step-by-step fix speciific to Samsung Galaxy A42 5G?
