The Mac mini I ordered was in the exact condition I expected. Has worked great so far and even upgraded to an NVMe with little difficulty. Currently serving its purpose as a headless local iCloud backup server and doing great! Wouldn't hesitate to buy from BackMarket or this refurbisher again. The peace of mind in knowing you won't be screwed over and have a warranty to back up your purchase is priceless.

The the Mac Mini M1, 3.2 GHz - SSD from Black Market arrived early in EXCELLENT CONDITION and performs flawlessly. I couldn't ask for more, very impressed with Black Market. I've ordered refurbished from other venders but this was my best experiance.

says refurbished but I would’ve thought the PC was brand new if the box didn’t say so. Perfectly clean, also scratch and dent free. I’ve had the PC for months now and so far it’s run every game I’ve thrown at it running at 1080p 80-100+fps depending on the game.

This was the second purchase I've made through BackMarket and both have been successful; the first was an iPhone 6si, purchased in 2018, which I still use in my office to play music through YouTube music and home wifi, since I've upgraded to an iPhone 13mini as my main phone. So far, I've been pleased with the purchase of the Mac mini 3.2 GHz 512gb - 32GB refurbished machine. Although, I questioned whether I should have purchased the same unit with 64GB of memory since I use a lot of applications, most of them being Adobe applications like Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, I've been surprisingly pleased with the performance I'm getting from just 32GB of memory. Recently, I upgraded to the newest Mac OS, Sonoma, 14.3.1 and everything runs flawlessly. Overall, I've been very pleased with my purchase through BackMarket. There are other refurbished items I've seen on the site that I plan to purchase in time. The ability to use Affirm to loan me funds for the Mac mini purchase and future purchases is a super added bonus!

It was a very fast delivery, there was like one or 2 medium size scratches but it was on the bottom so I didn't care. On the top it looks spotless. I didn't like that It have the old iOS thing. But that's on me for buying 2014 mac mini. But other than that it was a great buy. I play cyberpunk everyday on it with GeForce now gaming so its great.

Pleased with the overall condition of the Mac mini. The specs are correct and the machine shipped with a fresh install of macOS Sonoma. A quick update and I was on the internet shortly thereafter. The price was incredible for this machine, I hope to use for several years to come.

The items ship as described & arrive so fast that you'd think that it was ordered off of Amazon. As far as the specific purchase of the 2014 Mac Mini: it was a bit too old of an OS, even after upgrading, but it has been working great as a Chromebook after installing Chrome OS Flex; with the money that you save purchasing on Back Market, it's bound to be a win-win no matter what you buy!

Processing and shipping was super fast. I got my computer in four days. On visual inspection of this 2018 Mac Mini, (sold by DMD Systems) I am amazed about the deal I got! “Fair” Condition is an understatement. There are minor dings and scrapes that are barely noticeable the computer fired right up and connected to my dual monitors. Unfortunately, I cannot set it up yet because I need a wired keyboard and mouse. The only downside was that the power cable it came with was way too short. Fortunately, I have an old Bose Soundsystem that’s on the floor that has the same cable but longer. Swap those cables and all is well.
