It was really good I would recommend this in the future for when I want to order electronics here and the quality was in great condition I was surprised so yeah I would definitely recommend this app to buy refurbished phones or electronics

These Wireless Headphones are my very first purchase on Back Market and I've got to say I'm very impressed with what I got. First of all, these are $70 headphones brand new but I was able to get them refurbished here for only $4 in Excellent condition! Not only that I also got a free 1-year warranty! The headphones were packaged well with bubble wrap and are in great shape. As for the headphones. They are awesome since they have tight integration with the Apple Ecosystem. They support features like Find My, Siri, Audio Sharing, iCloud Device Switching, and more. They also work great on Andriod with the Beats App on the Play Store but will of course work on any other device that works with Bluetooth audio like Windows or Nintendo Switch. The audio that comes out of these headphones is clear even in higher volumes and the built-in microphone is also pretty good too. Overall these headphones are great and I will be buying from Back Market again

The vendor was super efficient, a very fast (and accurate) delivery time. Came with full charger and properly sized box. The headphones came with standard size silicon tips. Seems fair, but silicon tips must be the best fit for your ears to have full noise cancellation. It would have been nice to have the tip options. I had to find XS tips elsewhere. Notable “defect” is when noise cancellation is activated there is high pitch ringing in the buds. Tested by turning off NC and taking each one out of ear. Can’t be sure if that’s from the manufacturer or the refurbishment, so debating on buying a new pair just to find out. I would still recommend this service!

Really good even with the lower rating of refurbishment, didn’t look like they were used at all. My only personal gripe is i’m not the biggest fan of the non-silicone tips, but that’s just choice of airpod, otherwise great product.

I’ve purchased an iPhone 12 and these AirPods from this website, along with saving money I also feel better about buying refurbished. Both arrived with minor/ no scratches. They also both arrived earlier than they were scheduled to.

Still using my airpod. Pairing it with my Samsung phone even. My boss asked me if I got connectivity problem with my airpod. I said none. She got a 100k plus BMW convertible car, so pretty sure she bought her airpod brand new. I that that sums how good is this refurbished item is.

These headphones are great!!! For a refurbished item, the quality on these air phones are crazy. The sound was great and tuned out everything. On top of that, the packaging was brand new. Came with a charger and different sized buds.

So far I’ve never had a bad experience with this site!!! Everything I’ve ever gotten has been top notch, well refurbished, shipped fast and these were no different!! I’m due for an upgrade on my laptop for school and plan on coming back again. 10/10 recommend.

The product as a whole is perfect! For context, I decided to get new earbuds after my 2nd gen Airpods broke. What was holding me back from upgrading however was the price most websites charge for AirPods. Then the stars align in my favor and I find an ad about the Back Market, a website that sells your favorite high brand items while helping the planet (as their products are refurbished). I got these AirPods for $118 which is WAY CHEAPER than brand new yet works exactly the same as if you were to buy them brand new! It's amazing and based on sound quality alone you wouldn't notice a difference between these and the new stuff. My only complain is that there's a few scratches on the inside of the case but it's pretty unnoticeable. Seriously, these are worth the cost. And the fact that you’re also saving the planet is a bonus! (Also, I’ve had them forever about 1-2 months.)
