Easy, fast shipping. I was overall happy with the way the iPhone 13 I purchased in "Good" condition arrived, phone battery was 87% and the body was also good with only a few scuffs around the edges (nothing that a case will hide). I'd have been a bit disappointed about the screen, it has apparently been replaced for a non genuine display and my phone is indicating “An important display message - Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine apple display". I had to remember that this was a refurbished phone and I couldn't notice any difference in image quality, except for that annoying notification in the settings the iPhone works as expected.

I was nervous to buy a refurbished iPhone anywhere other than through Apple but the iPhone 13 mini was never available at the Apple Refurbished store, so after looking around I felt the most confident purchasing through Back Market. The 13 mini I purchased arrived a couple of days early and I received notifications when it was going to be delivered so I'd be there to sign for it and the driver did require a signature. The phone was exactly what I'd hoped for and now I feel a little silly being so worried about it. I will buy from Back Market again.

When it became time to for me to upgrade my iPhone, I made the decision for the first time to purchase a refurbished iPhone versus purchasing a new one. This is my first time ever buying a refurbished iPhone from Back Market and my experience has been very wonderful! I ordered my iPhone 12 Pro (upgrade from the iPhone 12, always wanted a Pro just couldn’t afford one, until now) on 9th of July and just received it today 11th of July, super fast shipping and delivery! So far the phone is amazing. Just got it set up and ready to go. I got it in excellent condition and it truly is in excellent condition, I only seen one little mark on it! It came from Wireless Source from Back Market and they did amazing service, they even put a screen protector on it for me! I am truly impressed and very happy with my purchase and will definitely do another one when I need to upgrade to a new phone! Oh and the only thing is that the battery health is only 76%, wish it was more, but it is a used/refurbished phone. Thank you so very much!

I’ve been loving my refurbished iPhone 12 mini. It’s condition is exactly as described. Huge fan of the trade-in service as well. Was disappointed with the shipped cable tho. I expected a cable and power brick since it said “charger included”. Worst of all is it was usb type A, not a type C to lightning cable. But whatever

Ordered the “excellent” Deep Purple iPhone 14 Pro Max on a Thursday evening and received on Monday afternoon. Phone came in impeccable condition. Not a single scratch and even came with a screen protector installed. I’ve had the phone for just under two weeks but not a single issue with the phone has arisen. Amazing work and cudos to the refurbisher.

I purchased an iPhone 12 Mini 128 GB that was refurbished. Although the item came in an excellent condition and all items came as described, I received the 64 GB model. I’m hoping to purchase again while I wait for my refund to process. If my order is fulfilled correctly next time, I will be a happy camper. We will see how it goes.
