    Very happy with my first Black Market purchase! I picked the iPhone 13 in Excellent condition and the phone came in 2 days in perfect condition with 98% battery health. I saved so much money getting the refurbished iPhone from Black Market instead of getting a new one from Apple, this is how I will be getting all my new phones from now on.

    Overall happy with the value of my iphone 13 pro purchase. I’m always about saving money. Upgraded from my iphone 11 because it started acting up (i believe due to Apple’s programmed demises of older models). I selected the “excellent” quality of this refurbished phone and I will say i was surprised at how scratched up the perimeter (sides, top, and bottom) of the phone was. Thankfully the screen and back panel of the phone were essentially blemish-free, which i cared about more. I just put a clear case on the phone so you cant see the scratched perimeter so it’s all good. Getting a “discount” in the form of trading in my previous iphone 11 is also pleasant. Would def recommend Back Market.

    Easy, fast shipping. I was overall happy with the way the iPhone 13 I purchased in "Good" condition arrived, phone battery was 87% and the body was also good with only a few scuffs around the edges (nothing that a case will hide). I'd have been a bit disappointed about the screen, it has apparently been replaced for a non genuine display and my phone is indicating “An important display message - Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine apple display". I had to remember that this was a refurbished phone and I couldn't notice any difference in image quality, except for that annoying notification in the settings the iPhone works as expected.

    I bought the iPhone 11 Pro space gray with 256gb. I wanted to make sure the quality is new so I got the 'excellent' quality and paid more over the 'good' tier items. It was worth it to know the phone would be secured and I was glad that the vendor followed through on the deal. The iPhone arrived in 'like new' condition with 88% battery showing signs of use but the exterior is brand new and the 88% is above the minimum 80% so that's a bonus to see it's good and fresh. The space gray is very nice, better color appearance than the new 15 pro imo. I upgraded from the regular 11 and it's a huge improvement. The screen is really nice and the appearance and overall feel is so much nicer than the regular 11 in my opinion. The space gray color will go great with my omega seamaster. The build is higher quality than the regular iphones, it's worth upgrading and I was glad I could get it for a good price as refurbished.

    When it became time to for me to upgrade my iPhone, I made the decision for the first time to purchase a refurbished iPhone versus purchasing a new one. First I felt that the pricing of new iPhones were simply getting way too expensive. Secondly, I would be doing my little piece toward helping the environment.     This is my first time ever buying a refurbished iPhone from Back Market and my experience has been very wonderful! I ordered my iPhone 12 Pro (upgrade from the iPhone 12, always wanted a Pro just couldn’t afford one, until now) on 9th of July and just received it today 11th of July, super fast shipping and delivery! So far the phone is amazing. Just got it set up and ready to go. I got it in excellent condition and it truly is in excellent condition, I only seen one little mark on it! It came from Wireless Source from Back Market and they did amazing service, they even put a screen protector on it for me! I am truly impressed and very happy with my purchase and will definitely do another one when I need to upgrade to a new phone!     Ordered the “excellent” Deep Purple iPhone 14 Pro Max on a Thursday evening and received on Monday afternoon. Phone came in impeccable condition. Not a single scratch and even came with a screen protector installed. I’ve had the phone for just under two weeks but not a single issue with the phone has arisen.
