Refurbished iPhone 7

I am learning how to use the phone, so I am watching instructions on you tube. So far, everything is going great. The condition was in excellent condition. The delivery was very prompt, fast, and accurate in timing. Maybe I will purchase a case for the phone. Thank you, Dorothy! PS It is very exciting to deal with an Honest company like Back Market. I love backmarket for great deals. This iPhone 7 looks and works great. I gave almost nothing for it. Every system in here runs smooth. I would recommend if you need a quick replacement phone. 2 issues to address are battery life. Which is not as great as I’d like. I was use to charging at the end of every evening. With this phone I have to charge 2 times daily. Sometimes 3 depending on my phone use and I use my phone for everything! Signal is another issue but that’s an apple issue not a backmarket issue. I live in a very rural area. The phones signal is horrible out here. When I’m in town it’s great. I’m still pretty happy with my quick replacement phone.

I ordered this iPhone 7 in 2020. It's 2024 now, as I write this. The phone has worked great! But it's very old now and struggles to do basic things. The battery has lived it's life. And the newest iOS is not compatible. I just bought a much newer phone (Google Pixel 7) from BackMarket to replace this ancient iPhone 7. I have never had a bad experience with BackMarket and have recommended them to friends and family people who, as far as I'm aware, have also had a great experience.

It came very fast! Phone works very good ! My daughter loves it! Works like a new phone ! And I have no problems with it as of yet. No scratches no dents looks like a brand new phone , works like one too . I love it Thank you! I’ll be ordering again soon from this app ! All I did was go to my phone store app and put the sim info in and it worked asap! Very happy customer great customer service with seller as well thank you!

I love the phone it came with 100% battery capacity which is rare to me. Little to no scratches on the front and back the only downside is side is the phone over heats a lot I had it for 1 and 1/2 day so far and it overheated 4 times I had to put it in the fridge lol but yeah it didn’t come with an box for the charger

I’ve always had really good experiences from this app. This is the very first electronic I got that’s very good and not excellent, and honestly, it still looks great. Tiny scratches around the camera but that was to be expected. Shipping was fast. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I just had pay $130 for a new battery the same day it was delivered because the one it came with was exhausted so right away it didn’t hold a charge so I’m a little disappointed in that. But that won’t deter me from shopping here because everything else has been great! I’ve had a laptop for 2 years now no issues. iPhones and watches. Thank you to the seller though for shipping so fast and it really does look nice so I appreciate it. Thanks!

The phone was working like a new phone. It said “Hello” when I turned it on. It only took two hours to load the apps I use. It had all of the essential apps already on it. I got a SIM card that fit and now I can make calls without Wi-Fi. I really love my new phone even though it’s an older iPhone. I highly recommend getting a renewed phone from backmarket.

The iPhone was wonderful the only thing I wish it came with was a charger but I had extra laying around
