    First time buying on here and a refurbished item in general. Delivery process was shaky at the start with FedEx marking the package as "delivered" though I never received anything until two days later. Luckily, customer service was quick to be on top of the case and ensure I received the package. The phone itself is in remarkable condition with no issues. The fingerprint scanner works, connects to data/wifi/Bluetooth, set up barely took 10 mins, and no issues with the camera. Only saw one small scratch on the back, but other than that the phone is flawless. I would recommend purchasing on here, but going for excellent quality is a must unless you like taking risks.

    This was my second attempt at buying this phone. The first one I sent back because it wouldn't charge normally. This one arrived with the microphone not working. I eventually figured out that the microphone port at the bottom of the phone was clogged up with dirt, and I managed to clean it up enough to get it working again. Surely this would be a standard thing to check when refurbishing a phone to resell it. Otherwise, the phone seems fine.

    Coming from a Pixel 4a and upgrading to a 7 Pro is a very solid upgrade for me. I had never before purchased a refurbished smartphone, and so I was apprehensive even with a recommendation from a colleague. But I'm very pleased with this purchase and with the money that I saved! The battery life is amazing and I wouldn't know it was not a brand new battery. It lasts for ages compared to my old phone's battery that got wore out. I barely remember that it is a refurbished phone. This is a blessing!

    This phone was in excellent, EXCELLENT condition for a refurbished phone. One tiny, tiny minor surface blemish on reverse side casing. They have won a customer for life and I will be buying my phones through BackMarket in the future. Everything works as promised, no issues after 15 months.

    Super fast shipping! I purchased the google pixel 6a in excellent condition. I honestly wouldn’t have rated it excellent. I would have rated it in good condition. I’m not new to purchasing on this site and definitely expected the charge port to look perfect. While it works it looks a little bent up for excellent condition. Phone battery is also questionable as to holding a charge. I’m overall happy with the phone but probably should have just saved the difference between excellent and good condition.

    I received my Google Pixel 7 Pro less than 3 days after placing my order, which was a pleasant surprise considering how important a functioning cell phone is in my day-to-day activities. I personally bought one deemed in "good condition" (which is basically something like 2 stars out of 4) and it definitely met my expectations of what a well taken care of used phone should be, both in appearance & function. In the few days that I have used it, I haven't yet come across any defects or malfunctioning software/hardware. So then why am I giving this phone (& phone seller) 4 stars instead of 5..... (?) Take heed! My phone wasn't technically (to the fullest extent of the term) "unlocked" as advertised directly out of the box. I actually had to send an online, formal request to AT&T (I assume this was the previous phone owners provider) to unlock my Google Pixel 7 Pro before I could use my own sim card / provider (that being Straight Talk through Verizon). But please do not let this deter you from buying this specific phone or from this seller in general... "Why?" you may ask... Because of how incredibly easy and quick the process was made by AT&T...it only took maybe 10 minutes be...
