Refurbished Google Pixel

I've always been skeptical with these so called refurbished products, let alone electronics. But I am absolutely satisfied with my recent purchase on here. Not only is the phone in excellent condition at a steal price, but it was also easy enough to get it going with the service of my choice . Very happy with this purchase.

The phone is great, back market is great, but the refurbisher, Electrodealz Inc, not so much. Had the phone for about 5 months, the battery started swelling, causing the screen to unglue. It was still under warranty so I sent it back. I followed the directions to wipe the phone, using the offline directions as I was afraid to power up the phone with a swollen battery. Apparently I didn't wipe it correctly, because they immediately sent it back with no communication from them because "your phone is locked [with] pin/pattern." Why do they need to get into the phone to replace the battery anyway? Seems like a convenient excuse to me. I should have just gone with my gut and bought the kit on ifixit and done it myself, which is what I'm going to do now. The Backmarket part of the return/warranty process was very easy and painless though, so I'll give them that, though I do wish I could talk to the seller directly.

I was honestly pretty skeptical about buying a refurbished phone, obviously there's a much greater risk than buying new (with the plus side of price). I was also scared of bot reviews boosting the stats. However, I am incredibly satisfied with my Pixel 7. I got the excellent option and both the screen and back were perfect. The battery life seems as good as new and everything else works perfectly. The only small complaint is there was a little bit of dirt around the camera, but I cleaned it up in 30 seconds. Always remember refurbished can be risky, but I am very satisfied.

Truly impressed with the device I received. The condition was really good and the only thing I could see was some barely noticeable cosmetic scratches on the screen that were only visible when the light catches it. Saved me a huge amount of money to purchase refurbished and I'm so pleased that I did.

I've been really hesitant to purchase refurbished due to the horrors of Amazon. I am so amazed at not only the service but product quality. I love my Pixel 7 Pro! It came in a very secure package, super fast (no subscription needed), and in mint condition. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much!

Writing this review after 7 days of use. Cosmetically the phone looks brand new. There are some barely visible spots along the top border/lining of the phone, but other than that there is literally zero dents or scratches on the phone. The screen, back glass, camera housing has no scratches at all. The battery health is good and I didn't notice any issues after 7 days of use. Tje cameras work perfectly, sound is good and all the apps running buttery smooth. The phone arrived in less than 48 hours which was insanely quick. I thing I will suggest for new buyers, back market is essentially a marketplace, so before making an order browse the refurbisher and their reviews just to be safe. Overall, 10/10 experience.

Everything has just been excellent! I am so happy with my purchase and with the service offered by BackMarket. Everything was super easy and stress free. I was very concerned about buying a refurbished phone, but I will never go back to brand new ever again - what a waste and a terrible thing for our environment.

Works fine! A couple of defects on the back and screen, but you get what you pay for. I put a case on it and I can't really see any of them. I noticed the temperature sensor does not work accurately, but that's most likely an issue with the phone itself rather than the refurbishing. I would definitely order from the seller again Additional thing, the seller sent a type-c type a USB rather than a type-c to type-c. A little bit of a hassle, just because I had to fish one out to transfer the data from my old phone but other than that I have no complaints about accessories

Got my unlocked, refurbished Pixel 6 about a week ago. It arrived earlier than promised. Looks like new. I transferred apps, etc from my Pixel 3 via direct cable. Activated the phone with my carrier by transferring the SIM card (eSIM did not work but it seems to be a carrier issue). Some apps did not transfer with all data but I think that's an app issue (Outlook for Android for example). It's only been a short time but everything is looking great. Major savings over buying a brand new phone.
