Phone arrived when expected and is in great condition and has worked flawlessly so far. Looking at the phone, you never would know it was refurbished. I'll likely be looking at Back Market for future tech purchases as needed.

Couldn't be happier! I've learned the hard way buying refurbished phones, now I read reviews, research the seller. There was nothing put positive and with good reason. Phone arrived on time, in (not good) great condition (imo), no hassle. This is probably the fourth phone I have bought on Back Market, never going back!

I'm still getting used to an Android after using Apple but the phone itself has so far been good! My previous phone lasted me at least 7 years and so I have been very glad for the quality of devices I have bought from Backmarket!!

The first phone that I ordered was no good and died within 24 hours of receiving it. Back. Market made it very easy to return that phone and order a replacement. The customer support was excellent and I am very happy with my replacement phone.

Every time I have purchased here it's been at or above the quality I expected. I sold phones professionally for 15 years and I will never buy a phone somewhere other than back market as long as it's available
