Battery life is acceptable but not fantastic. The battery level indicator does not give accurate information. This is true about most of the iPod touch 6 devices. It will give a LOW BATTERY POWER message when the battery is still at 45%, otherwise it works fine.

I believe I ordered the excellent version I’m not entirely sure I can’t remember but if it was not the excellent version then it was the next best version. Either way there was very little sign of usage other than a very small white chip mark in the paint on the back. No original box was included. Just bubble wrap along with the correct(lightning) charging cable. Also can’t remember if the wall charging brick was included or not but the correct cable was included. No headphones. Battery works great. Screen was just fine nice and bright and responsive like it should be. Once I got through apples dreadful login process everything was fine. (That has nothing to do with back market) the actual product was fine and is working fine and looks just fine too other than that small paint spot on the back. Will be ordering from back market again the future.

The condition of the iPod is excellent. Shipping was timely and item was packed well. A few minor problems: charging cable did not work at all even though it looks new (luckily I had an old one still lying around), iPod content was not cleared/wiped after previous user and iPod was not restored to factory settings. This just seems lazy for an entity who is refurbishing/reselling tech. Since it's an iPod there's no personal info involved but it's kind of annoying to need to do those steps as a buyer. All in all it was good. Just some little but important details need to be smoothed out by this refurbisher.

The iPod Touch 6 arrived quickly and in excellent shape. We're delighted. While the technology is somewhat dated, the 128gb is much appreciated, and it is an update from our even more dated 30gb ipod that we use for podcasts. It's wonderful to be able to rely on Back Market and their vendors for equipment that is still valuable, knowing that it has be carefully refurbished. Shipped fast and received it in better than stated condition. No issues with Back Market or the refurbisher whatsoever. Will definitely purchase from again. My only gripe is with the product itself. I went with an iPod Touch as a cheap way to use a baby monitor app on iOS. Apparently, the Touch wasn't really made for long periods of video watching as the baby monitor app uses a lot of battery and gets pretty warm. Again, I don't think this has anything to do with it being refurbished; it was just made for playing music primarily.

I listen to Audio Books, on my iPod, almost every minute of the day and into the night. Imagine my distress when I needed a new iPod and couldn't purchase a new one.
