This is the second phone I've bought from back market. I just got it yesterday and at first it wouldn't turn on and kept cycling in boot , but all I had to do was a factor reset and charge the battery and it finally came on and started working. The 1st one didn't work at all and it was an easy return. Support was really helpful and nice. I highly recommend buying from them. If you get the phone and have issues they will definitely help you any way they can!!

Great phone, great condition (Excellent as stated). Needed for TracFone support. My new Google pixel 8 with the dual SIM is simply not supported by TracFone, but works when I swap my SIM card. The 6a is only slightly slower than the 8. Also, the 6a fingerprint reader in somewhat less responsive than the 8. I am loving this new 6a running all the latest updates. A fine phone that takes great pictures like the 8. Glad I bought it. Sorry TracFone service is so bad with regards to Google Pixel support.

My Pixel 6a came in amazing condition, and I've had it a few days now and am loving it! I got it because I was tired of Apple, but didn't have a bunch of money to spend on a new phone as well as not wanting to contribute to more cell phone waste, and Back Market and the Pixel have been great for that! There are a few things to get used to (ie. layout of the keyboard punctuation, some motions or gestures that are opposite from apple), but after a few days adjusting, it's been amazing! 10/10 will absolutely recommend the Pixel and Back Market to all of my friends and family!

My package came right on time as promised even with the free shipping! Transferring my data was easy and it came with the little sim card hook so swapping trays was easy. Data transfer was a breeze too. I was expecting to get a lightning cable/charger base but I already had one from my previous phone so that wasn't a big deal.

the quality so far is really good. phone looks brand new, was very easy to setup. I appreciate that it was charged a little bit to check it out when first opening it. brand seems healthy. came with a charger, device to pop out sim and even an adapter! even the box.

Though the phone I got looked good, when I tried to set it up, I found out that it was still registered as a work phone for a random company. I couldn't proceed with setup without agreeing to let the company have access to my phone. (When I reached out to that company's IT department, they said the phone had been stolen). BackMarket customer service was helpful, if a little slow. But based on this experience, I didn't feel up for trying again, so I just opted to return the phone for a refund. I was surprised about this issue, as I hadn't encountered it in other people's reviews. Hopefully it was just an isolated incident.
