The phone i got looked brand new. not a single scratch or ding. They even put a screen protector on it for me. This is the best refurbished phone i have gotten. I'll be getting another one from them if this one ever dies.

I purchased this phone in May of 2021 and it was exactly as described and has performed flawlessly. Apple no longer supports the iOS except for essential security and the battery has degraded and would need replacing but I have never had to have the phone repaired. The sound doesn't work very well. Have to use it on speaker or air pods. I moved overseas when right after I purchased so i could not take advantage of the warranty or return. I know it was an Apple issue though. Other than that I've purchased from here before and would again.

Phone arrive earlier than expected and came in almost perfect condition, however phone does get hot every now and then when charging and it had slightly a few scratches, other than that everything works perfectly and the phone looks great itself 😍😍😍😍
