All refurbished Motorola phones

The phone is in excellent shape. My only complaint is that it is MISLABELED. I ordered the Motorola RAZR 40 Ultra. That was what the label said on every webpage I visited. I received a Motorola RAZR 2023. That was sometimes pictured but not correctly identified. I feel that companies should know the actual name of the product they sell. Still it's a good phone. I think I'll try it out.

The phone looks brand new, and it's the type that was advertised. There is no signs of damage. It did not come in the original box, but it was packaged very well. The seller even included a cable for charging. I've had some connectivity issues with it, but I 100% beleive these issues are the fault of Motorola and not the seller.

Came in perfect condition, even with a charger & the sim card too. Only complaint I have is that the street name & apartment number got switched on the shipping label. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

I love my new phone, it arrived yesterday on time. overall great customer service, great phone by seller and overall a great phone. it actually makes music sound better. since it has Dolby Atmos, as a feature on the phone. thanks Backmarket.

the phone finally arrived on the day it would've without paying for the express freight. I'm waiting for a refund of the $15 before I change my rating to 4 or 5 stars depending on how long the process takes. The phone I ordered is in good or better than expected condition. I'd say about perfect and it works very good.

Got a great deal on a great phone! Shipping was fast , however they required a signature so it involved me trying to locate the mailman after they left a slip in my box , then had to go to the post office a town over to pick it up. But that post office issues more than anything i think. Otherwise i will be buying my next one from backmarket!

I think I ordered good n got excellent. fast shipping n when I had problem with cell settings they offered to fix or send new one but I fig it out n some how.. lol.. I ordered 3 dif products from here

Thank you all so much, the phone is amazing, I a very grateful for you all, I am currently struggling financially and I have a new baby, my old iphone was shattered and I didn't have more than $60 for a phone, and you guys delivered the best product ever ❤️

This would have been higher rating however, the phone I received was not the 5g 2023 version (as stated in the product name) but the 4g 2023 version. I doubled checked the spec list before purchasing and it said there as well that the phone I purchased was the 5g 2023 version.
