I had more than a little trepidation about buying a used phone, but the prospect of getting a flagship (albeit one a few years old) for the price of a medium-to-low end one won out.
I couldn't be happier with the experience, and with the phone. It has one scratch but it's not very visible - this phone is in better shape than the 1.5-year-old one I had been using. It had indeed been wiped. (A used computer I bought once hadn't been, though the store I bought it from said it had been.) It was unlocked, important since I was going to be using it on a different network, and that was one thing I had been particularly anxious about. And it works perfectly. The battery is in good condition and the accessories that were sent with it work fine.
The one thing that could've gone better is that it arrived a day later than had originally been projected, but that's on the post office and not on Back Market, and Back Market was proactive about letting me know about the schedule change.
I will be recommending Back Market to my friends, and will buy from them again.
