Refurbished Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S10

I haven't used the phone much yet, but my experience was amazing. I wish I had known of this company sooner. A year ago I "upgraded" to an S23 from an S10, and was extremely disappointed in the camera (understatement). So, I upgraded to an refurbished S10. The phone I received was everything I had hoped it would be, and BTW, this model has the best camera ever! Seriously. Specs don't mean anything about actual performance. I had my old S10 for 4 years, and always loved it (the battery was just fading and I got swindled into a "deal" with a carrier). I stumbled upon BackMarcket in my internet search, and am completely sold on them. Finding what I wanted was super easy, the phone is in excellent condition (though a little slower than the S23 with its brand new upgraded battery), and purchasing it was seamless and easy. I received it within 5 days and though I didn't need the help, I noticed they have great online instructions and support. They checked in with me via email after my purchase. I want to add that I wish I had been able to sell my old phone here, instead of trading it for nothing with my cell carrier as part of the "deal". I will never buy a brand new phone again. I ...

This phone arrive quickly, was in perfect condition, and was easy to set up! I loved the packaging, which was really secure, and I love that devices from BackMarket always come with the accessories you need - a charget cord, a block, and a tool to open your SIM card port. This is the third phone and fourth device I've bought from BackMarket, and I've loved them all! I suggest this site to anyone looking to buy a refurbished device.

This was an exact replacement gor a galaxy s10 I had with a broken screen. It came extremely fast and it was packaged well. The directions on how to set it up were very helpful. All in all a great experience.

The shipping was quick but it was annoying to have to take time off work to go pick up the package from fedex bc they would not leave it at my house even though I pre-signed for it.It runs great and is very pretty but the charging cable says slow charging when I plug it in (not a huge problem bc I just switched over to my old samsung charger which still works great). Would recommend.

Bought this over a year ago. I'm really really really bad with breaking phones and this has lasted me without a screen protector this entire time. Purchased in good condition but looked like i recieved in excellent condition, very happy with purchase

The phone looks brand new. We were very pleased with that. The only thing that does not work on this phone and touch screen. We cannot open up the phone to look at it by touch screen, we have to click on the side button. We have tried restarting the phone and it just doesn't work. Of course, we googled it and we've tried everything suggested.

My father really loves this phone. He doesn't stop telling me how much he likes it and it's really easy to navigate. It's a bit small for his hands, but nonetheless, he enjoys it, especially the color it was in! Flawless phone.

So delighted to be able to buy a phone that was no longer in regular production. Although it was advertised as "good" it came in excellent condition. Shipping was fast and easy and free! Battery length is good. Thank you for helping me solve the problem of a stolen phone.

Overall, the phone is excellent.Its fast and efficient, a little different than my old phone, very user friendly. It has scratches on the screen when I peeled off the protector once my new case arrived. That doesn't thrill me. The rest is perfect though. It's fun having a "new" phone.
