I was expecting a few minor scratches but when I opened up the box, it was in pristine condition! 😁 Not one scratch on either front or back of my phone! Your business was in touch with me, via email, from start right up to when I mailed my old iPhone back to you , free of charge. Totally worth it, considering the fact that I would've gotten the exact same phone in the same condition for 699+ taxes if I had bought it from an apple store. It was brand new with all genuine parts. It also came with the lightning-fast cable. No one can tell that this phone is refurbished. I also got the delivery at the date specified on the website, which was only 3 days. Overall, I had a very good 1st experience with back market.

4.6/5i’m obsessed with my new phone !! i only have one complaint- i ordered a phone in excellent condition & it has a big scratch at the bottom of the screen ! not what i would expect from “excellent condition.” Luckily with the screen protector on it’s barely noticeable, but still, i was kinda bummed about it. other than that the phone works literally perfectly & is beautiful! this is the third apple product i’ve bought from back market & i totally recommend it to anyone who’s unsure about trying a refurbished piece of tech. i’ll be using this phone for years to come! totally worth it :)

Battery capacity was 100% which I didn't expect. No error messages. Camera, cellular network and everything works perfectly. I also received 20$ off by verifying my student status. For 491$ a practically new iphone is a good bargain. Thank you! I wish it was packaged a little bit more securely because it was just sent in a bubble wrap when I open the box. But nothing was damaged.
