We've shopped Backmarket for ~5 years now. Several years ago, Backmarket refurbished products were near immaculate, even when choosing the 'good' condition. Our 2023 purchase was not that; there were a couple of chips in the screen and the bezel had a gouge among other expected blemishes. Prices are higher than they were a couple years ago even though we bought another Samsung Galaxy S10. All in all, will probably shop Backmarket again, but we could've gotten the old S10 phone fixed locally for less and recieved the same quality.

The product (samsung s10) was delivered before the deadline, it works perfectly, has no damages or scratches. I definitely won't buy anything new again, only refurbished when i need. Mass consumption is not good for nobody, only for the damn corporations, reuse stuff is the way.

I felt like the phone lasted the test of time. I was surprised by the durability and quality of the phone, it being refurbished, but I wound up stoked about it all as time progressed to no disappointment whatsoever.

I haven't used the phone much yet, but my experience was amazing. I wish I had known of this company sooner. A year ago I "upgraded" to an S23 from an S10, and was extremely disappointed in the camera (understatement). So, I upgraded to an refurbished S10. The phone I received was everything I had hoped it would be, and BTW, this model has the best camera ever! Seriously. Specs don't mean anything about actual performance. I had my old S10 for 4 years, and always loved it (the battery was just fading and I got swindled into a "deal" with a carrier). I stumbled upon BackMarcket in my internet search, and am completely sold on them. Finding what I wanted was super easy, the phone is in excellent condition (though a little slower than the S23 with its brand new upgraded battery), and purchasing it was seamless and easy. I received it within 5 days and though I didn't need the help, I noticed they have great online instructions and support. They checked in with me via email after my purchase. I want to add that I wish I had been able to sell my old phone here, instead of trading it for nothing with my cell carrier as part of the "deal". I will never buy a brand new phone again. I ...

This phone arrive quickly, was in perfect condition, and was easy to set up! I loved the packaging, which was really secure, and I love that devices from BackMarket always come with the accessories you need - a charget cord, a block, and a tool to open your SIM card port. This is the third phone and fourth device I've bought from BackMarket, and I've loved them all! I suggest this site to anyone looking to buy a refurbished device.

Great phones so far, only been a couple of weeks though! They sure built good phones a few years ago. We love having an SD card, and a headphone jack. The battery doesn't last as long but that's ok we know it isn't a new phone.
