Nothing to do with back market themselves, shipping was fast and phone looked pretty much brand new. The only issue is the phone does receive group messages or pictures. It just says unable to download.

I was pleased especially because I treasure a small screen pocket phone which are hard to find and this one is like new, really, with an excellent screen compared to my dead E10. SIM worked at boot. Very pleased, thank you.

Delivery was very quick. As soon as I received it and turned it on I seen it was by T-Mobile and got very discouraged, don't! I went to my service plan and they said it was unlocked! I am very glad I checked in first. Everything works great, no scratches and functioning as new. I am currently using my service plan, straight talk and it's been so awesome. This was an exact replacement gor a galaxy s10 I had with a broken screen. It came extremely fast and it was packaged well. The directions on how to set it up were very helpful. All in all a great experience.

Perfect, I can’t believe it was rated fair. It had one scratch on the screen, and the body was nearly in perfect condition. Highly recommended; phone served me well for three years until I had my purse on when I jumped into a pool.
