    Works fine! A couple of defects on the back and screen, but you get what you pay for. I put a case on it and I can't really see any of them. I noticed the temperature sensor does not work accurately, but that's most likely an issue with the phone itself rather than the refurbishing. I would definitely order from the seller again Additional thing, the seller sent a type-c type a USB rather than a type-c to type-c. A little bit of a hassle, just because I had to fish one out to transfer the data from my old phone but other than that I have no complaints about accessories

    The phone was packaged great, came with type-c to type-c, and everything was great. FedEx kinda messed up but I had a unique situation. Overall BackMarket did a fantastic job. I'll probably return the phone because the camera is awful compared to iPhone, I just can't make the switch.

    the phone itself is in excellent quality. Something I wasn't aware of before purchasing is that some carriers block certain phones. There isn't anything specifically other than some IMEIs are stored in their database and some aren't. this means that I was required to swap carriers after receiving the phone. it was inconvenient but I was lucky to be able to switch. make sure to verify IMEI with seller and carrier before receiving device.

    My overall rating for my experience is 2 out 5, not 4 out of 5!!! Bought an unlocked pixel 8 pro and after trying to setup phone with an eSIM, phone shows it is in fact locked to Verizon. Contacted Verizon per the phone's instruction and they confirmed (using the IMEI) the phone is still tied to an active account. Now I'm going to have to send the phone back and start this process over again. Low rating is also because I've already requested a trade-in offer for my old phone and now it's going to expire. Update added after trying to post review: the overall functionality of phone, lens, camera, etc all work fine and phone is in excellent condition. For some reason, even if I select the least happy for all questions asked, it's giving my review a 4 out of 5 rating.

    I have had a very good experience ordering from Back Market before however I had a pretty mixed experience ordering this phone. For what it's worth the condition was rated as "very good" and upon visual inspection I would rate it as definitely very good and even excellent. However the phone's functionality in the last 6 weeks of using it has been underwhelming. Specifically, its wifi and 5G connectivity is spotty and inconsistent and in general this phone is not the upgrade in functionality and reliability that I expected in moving from my dying Pixel 4xl to the 8 pro. However, I don't know if that is an issue with bugs in these Pixels in general or specifically because this is a refurbished item. Ultimately, it feels like a lateral move from my aging 4xl and in some ways it is a downgrade since my old phone came with free photo storage in Google Photos and this phone is roughly the the same size but significantly heavier. The ordering process was disappointing. I paid for expedited shipping because I was leaving on a trip and wanted time to set up my new phone as I was worried my pixel 4 would permanently fail while out of town. Unfortunately, it was not shipped in time to arriv...

    pixel 8 pro worked for 12 hours before cameras suddenly stopped working.. phone filled up with water condensation while sitting on sink in the bathroom while I took a shower...Even though phone is supposed to be waterproof for 30 minutes submerged at 3 ft. Obviously the refurbished phone was not even bathroom proof. The phone probably would have not worked at all in the State of Florida. lol phone was shipped back the following day. refund was handled extremely promptly. bought phone brand new elsewhere. New one is waterproof as advertised. 🙏 Thank you for the prompt refund.

    I purchased a google Pixel 8 Pro 128gb Unlocked. The shipment was extremely fast (1 day earlier than expected) the device came as advertised. I Purchased the excellent condition and there were no scratches on screen and just a couple small scuffs on the camera housing. HOWEVER that is where the good ended. As i put my SIM card in i received a message “SIM Not Supported” meaning that the UNLOCKED phone i purchased was actually locked to Verizon as this is the message that carrier produces with locked phones and validated with the IMEI see website: https://www.verizon.com/business/support/equipment-devices-services/wireless-devices/unlock-device/. I am very disappointed as i was so looking forward to this phone and everything about it looked perfect this product is not as advertised and i have submitted for an exchange in hopes that the vendor simply made a mistake and will send me the correct phone. Will report back with my exchange experience.
