I was hesitant to purchase from Back Marker because I didn't know much about them. I looked at how they have everything set up on the site and the process to sale and purchase. Once I purchased my used Google 8 pro, they sent me updates from it being shipped to when it arrived. The site is excellent and the company I bought my phone from where as . If you are on the fence I say jump off on the side of Back Market and give them a try.

The phone was packaged great, came with type-c to type-c, and everything was great. FedEx kinda messed up but I had a unique situation. Overall BackMarket did a fantastic job. I'll probably return the phone because the camera is awful compared to iPhone, I just can't make the switch.

very true to the Excellent Condition I ordered it. I wasn't expecting this phone to be so perfect, I cannot tell it apart from a brand new one. the battery last all day, and it has no scratches at all.

This is my second time purchasing from Back Market and I have been super happy with my purchases thus far. I definitely recommend using Back Market to friends and family. My pixel 8 pro is wonderful and in fantastic condition. Will continue shopping here in the future.

the phone itself is in excellent quality. Something I wasn't aware of before purchasing is that some carriers block certain phones. There isn't anything specifically other than some IMEIs are stored in their database and some aren't. this means that I was required to swap carriers after receiving the phone. it was inconvenient but I was lucky to be able to switch. make sure to verify IMEI with seller and carrier before receiving device.

My overall rating for my experience is 2 out 5, not 4 out of 5!!! Bought an unlocked pixel 8 pro and after trying to setup phone with an eSIM, phone shows it is in fact locked to Verizon. Contacted Verizon per the phone's instruction and they confirmed (using the IMEI) the phone is still tied to an active account. Now I'm going to have to send the phone back and start this process over again. Low rating is also because I've already requested a trade-in offer for my old phone and now it's going to expire. Update added after trying to post review: the overall functionality of phone, lens, camera, etc all work fine and phone is in excellent condition. For some reason, even if I select the least happy for all questions asked, it's giving my review a 4 out of 5 rating.
