The item was not "excellent" quality. The touch pads are scratched and one has a chip. The ear bud charging pads are scratched. The case is scratched. And the seller only offers refund, not replacement. These don't seem to be refurbished at all, just cleaned.

I literally saved 50 bucks on a hundred dollar product and, as far as I can tell, they're... new? Condition said "good" but that seems to have been an understatement (under promise, over deliver- I like it). Aside from the packaging, they didn't come in the original box, and the little bag it came in was not exactly premium, but it kept everything intact and all the pieces together so I don't really care (and I guess it's technically more eco-conscious?) I may not be an audiophile type but they sound nice, nothing to complain about- especially given what they are and how relatively little they cost. They're comfortable, the battery is fantastic, and overall the only thing more I could ask for would be active noise canceling, but honestly these keep the sound out well enough unless you're somewhere really loud. Took a couple days extra to ship than they said it would but honestly not a big deal to me.

I didn't know what to expect, but I'm quite pleased with my galaxy buds plus. There were no problems pairing the buds+ to my phone and connecting to the app to customize the EQ, sound balance, and ambient noise. The case did need charging which is understandable. The sound quality was just how I expected from the reviews I watched of these earphones which was clear and the right amount of bass for me--it's also great at sound cancellation. It came with different sized ear nibs which was a plus because my ears are smaller so it was nice to have a variety to choose from. The buds, case, and nibs were all clean and neatly placed in the package. Really happy with the product and for the price, it's excellent. It also came a day earlier than expected, so yay~

Pros: - Good sound quality. - If you've got a Samsung phone, these connect very easily. - They were shipped very fast. Cons: - Received the incorrect sizes for the outer rings (no medium for one side.) - Battery is awful. Under an hour per earbud. For $50 or so, I'm not too awfully upset about it, but I feel like I should've just spent a bit more & got something better.
