All refurbished HP laptops

I was skeptical, but after looking into Backmarket, there seemed to be only positive reviews. My brother got a Mac at the fraction of the original price with only a broken speaker, which he does not use anyways, and I got an HP Elitebook which has been a blessing in my life at a price I could actually afford!

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it has a backlight, even though it wasn't mentioned. Overall, it's a really good computer, and the storage is much better than my last one. I chose the excellent model, and it arrived without any scratches or dents. It even came earlier than expected, which was awesome! I'm really impressed by the quality. The only downside is that the speakers aren't that great, but apart from that, I'm really happy with it!

Although it was a bit dirty when I received it, the laptop is in excellent condition. Initial feeling is that thisbwas a good buy.. I will update if it turns out ot be a lemon or something, but judging by my previous purchase, I'm sure it will be fine. Thanks guys!

The laptop functions great. They put some sort of adhesive imitation chrome sticker on the top of the laptop , I'm guessing to cover scratches. It came peeling off at the corners. Kinda tacky and annoying. Should it be considered like new with a sticker covering scratches? Not sure. Overall happy and don't regret the purchase.

Compared to my slow as molasses 2011 macbook, its really so refreshing to be able to browse websites and update the software. I was able to download the search engine Ecosia and Google Chrome and run it as a default. The computer boots up quick and holds a good charge. Also the touch screen was a nice surprise! Interested to see what slows first over time, but for now its been well worth the investment

First laptop I received, the webcam was broken. The seller was very prompt in getting the laptop exchanged for another unit. Exceptional customer service. I was very pleased. The second laptop I received is great! Really happy with the purchase overall.

Laptop works very well & is in wonderful condition. I purchased the very good condition and it appears as if it’s brand new. I am super happy with it and I will definitely purchase from Back Market again.

great laptop feels like it's new. was in great condition. Bought this as a gift for my mom her old Dell laptop was falling apart. she was so happy when I got her this laptop. I'm so lucky I found this website. you guys are doing a great job 💪💪. keep up the good work

It was a good laptop for about seven months, but then I spilled less than a teaspoon of water on the keyboard and it bricked itself. I don't know if that was the device or the refurbishing job, but it was very disappointing.
