    this HP laptop is perfect for what I needed for. high quality great graphics pretty easy to use and set up. since it's new with technology I did call in someone who has more experience with setup to help me get going. otherwise it's a great computer for a great price. it has more capacity than I could use in three lifetimes. it's just a really good value and I would highly recommend it to anyone who can get their hands on one.

    So far so good. I would give it a 5 star if it wasn’t for the wrong charger that was sent to me. This HP surface uses a C type of charger and I was given a barrel jack type of port and there’s no where to put that. There’s an audio jack but no ports for that type of charger. With that said I found myself in a tricky situation at work, while the laptop was dead, I had to borrow a charger from a co-workers. Thankfully all the new laptops nowadays have the same port!

    I was skeptical, but after looking into Backmarket, there seemed to be only positive reviews. My brother got a Mac at the fraction of the original price with only a broken speaker, which he does not use anyways, and I got an HP Elitebook which has been a blessing in my life at a price I could actually afford!

    At first I thought I was going to get scammed but to my surprise I actually got the laptop, bought in good condition. You can’t really tell there’s scratches unless you look very closely, everything seems to work just fun and runs smoothly. Only issue I had was the fn key was locked so it took me a while to figure it out but besides that I love it and will order from here again! ❤️

    The laptop looks new , minimum dents on the bottom, fingerprint does not work despite being advertised in the specs section as functional, my biggest problem is the keyboard, some keys don't detect by Instant click, brightness keys not functioning, I have to press the keys twice in some instances while typing . The general performance of the laptop is alright just the keyboard and keys issues. For a laptop rated as excellent, it's disappointing on my end .

    I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it has a backlight, even though it wasn't mentioned. Overall, it's a really good computer, and the storage is much better than my last one. I chose the excellent model, and it arrived without any scratches or dents. It even came earlier than expected, which was awesome! I'm really impressed by the quality. The only downside is that the speakers aren't that great, but apart from that, I'm really happy with it!

    It was a good laptop for about seven months, but then I spilled less than a teaspoon of water on the keyboard and it bricked itself. I don't know if that was the device or the refurbishing job, but it was very disappointing.
