This is a great little laptop. My daughter has a disability and this laptop is very easy for her to use. Even myself as an adult started to enjoy using Chromebooks because of the ease of them. I already purchased two Chromebooks from Back Market previously. We love the ease of Chromebook’s compared to other laptops. All three Chromebooks purchased have all been in excellent shape. This new Lenovo N23 Chromebook seems to be the best one of all the 3 purchased. It has great accessibility features. Thank You! Back Market for selling such high quality refurbished electronics.

Ordered refurbished (Excellent) Apple Watch Series 8 Stainless Steel Graphite 45 mm. I am very satisfied with my order. Item arrived with battery health at 98%. No scratches. Bands and charger were supplied but band was not OEM. No issue with that as band is new replica Sport Band. Took a chance with Back Market and TekReplay but I am glad I took the chance. I would order again.

I am a tried and true apple user. This is my 5th Mac computer! I'm very big on researching computers before I buy them, and I typically stick to trusted sites like BestBuy or Apple itself. However, I decided to search through some reddit comments that suggested trying to find a MacBook through another store that sells refurbished/used electronics. I'm very skeptical of being scammed or receiving something that won't work properly and then getting stuck with a hefty bill. That's when I found Back Market. I read through the reviews and saw that almost everyone was satisfied. We already have a MacBook Pro 2019 edition, and my husband and I both love it so I knew which model I wanted to order. I saw that people said they ordered one in fair condition and when they received it it was in perfect condition, so I decided to order the good condition MacBook and if I felt like it wasn't in the condition I wanted, I would just return it and pay more for the excellent condition price. I am SO glad I ordered it through 'good' because it really is in perfect condition and clean too! So far, it is working/running the way that it should. Definitely will be ordering all of my electronics from here ...

Totally satisfied with my refurbished 2018 Mac Mini. I have a home recording studio that needs a pretty powerful computer. Brand new Macs or Minis that have the specs I need are just too expensive when you’re on a tight budget. I always love buying things from Back Market! Their website is awesome and easy to use. I also love my new (well, newly refurbished) 2021 24” iMac! It runs really well and obviously blows my old 2009 out of the water. The only downer is that it has so little storage space, but I just added an external hard drive and it is a dream. It looks brand new too. I picked one that was “Excellent” shape and it truly is. I am very happy with everything about my purchase.

I bought this refurbished Macbook Air on Christmas Eve two years ago and it is still working. I'm so happy with this purchase. I give a 4/5 rating due to the cosmetic scratches that don't affect performance but are an eyesore no question.
