Back Market has been a very trustworthy website that I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in purchasing a refurbished electronic device.

works fine - unsure if its the laptop itself or the refurbishing that makes it a little slower than wanted. however, just the wrong model? received an e480. ill accept it, but just odd.

Love thinkpads, and I have had an excellent experience with refurbished think pads. Been using this one for about a month and I’ve had no issues. Product was delivered timely and well packaged

I love this laptop so much. I’ve never used the computer Lenovo before I’ve only used Dell and so far this seems like the most proficient laptop I’ve ever had. The processor is so quick and I’m easily able to use different apps and different software without it slowing down especially CapCut and Adobe.

I’m 17 and wanted to replace my old laptop because it suffered from water damage and barely works, but I didn’t have the money to buy a new laptop and this one was good upgrade and replacement from my old one. For the price this laptop is pretty good, even though I ran into some problems with turning on the laptop when I got it; it would turn off after a few minutes of running, but after charging it for about 10 minutes it stopped and it hasn’t happened since, so I recommend when you get the laptop to charge it for a few minutes before trying to turn it on. Another problem is the fan on the laptop isn’t that good so it gets hot quickly. Other than those problems I see no issues with the laptop. There is no damage on it and it runs games( Sims 4 and Minecraft Java are the only games I have so I don’t know about any other games) and other websites smoothly. It also has pretty decent speakers If that’s something you care about. Also all the specs match what was advertised, so you’re not getting scammed. Overall I think if you want a good personal laptop at an affordable price, this one is a good/considerable option. I hope this review helps :)

This Chromebook worked great for me for many years, even though it stopped receiving updates a year after I purchased it, it was still operable for a long time. I had only recently stopped using it as the version is too old to load some webpages now. But overall a great device that worked for what I needed.

I have to say, this was one of the better buying experiences Ive had on the internet. I put my order in on a sunday, and received it by wednesday. The seller is good to go. As far as the product goes I am blown away. The thinkpad was sold as "good" condition but when I looked at it, it appears brand new. Zero scratches, no fingerprints or smudges, no dents or nicks. There was still protective plastic on the power button. The thing looks like someone was issued a laptop and it sat in a desk drawer the whole time. As far as the laptop goes it came with windows 10 pro. It's a fast, powerful little computer, that actually came with a Nvidia RTX T500 graphics card in it which wasn't advertised so that's also a bonus. This would be the perfect laptop for what I need, however, there is a catch, which I'd like to point out is also no fault of the seller since he/she obviously didn't make the laptop. This is more of a reflection on Lenovo. When using it for some games, the bottom of the case gets really, really hot. I am currently troubleshooting how to remedy the situation, will update when I do.

The only reason I did not give this a full 5 star rating is because my laptop came out the box with a bit of battery issues. It holds a charge just fine, but if you turn it on after a night of sleeping the battery diminishes very quickly.

Awesome laptop, very speedy, thin and reliable so far. Great price for what I got. I do eventually plan to upgrade the ssd as 256gb isn’t a lot of space but that’s not a high priority as I do have an SD card for additional storage.

Lenovo ThinkPad X390 13-inch (2019) - Core i5-8365U - 16 GB - SSD 256 GBYou’ll be happy with a used Lenovo ThinkPad if you get one with good specs that isn’t more than 5 years old :D Although all refurbished ThinkPads are great quality computers, I wouldn’t suggest spending less than $400 on one (unless you’re getting a Lenovo Chromebook) because a computer starts to get noticeably slower after 5 years.
My Personal favorite is the Lenovo X1 Carbon thanks to its premium specs and thin form factor. But to be honest, I think my favorite ThinkPad would be one that gives me the best specs (like an i7 processor and a lot of RAM) at the best price. There are a lot of model names that you’ll see when looking through our selection of budget Lenovo ThinkPads, but don’t let the different model names confuse you. Just know that you’ll be getting a great quality computer for a great price with just about any affordable Lenovo laptop that you choose to buy.
In terms of value, there are so many different types of affordable Lenovo ThinkPads. There’s the T-series, S-series, L-series, X-series, but really just try to find a good deal on any of them that gives you great specs and has the most recent model year. So whether it’s a T460, T560, or L470, look for an affordable ThinkPad deal that gives you an i5 processor (or i7, this is even better), at least 8GB of RAM, and isn’t more than 5 years old. And remember, the more recent the model year, the faster the processor, so don’t be afraid to spend a few extra bucks if you see a relatively new refurbished ThinkPad for a surprisingly low price. You can really find some great deals on ThinkPads if you spend some time digging through our website :D
Since there are so many different types of Lenovo ThinkPads, you can browse for one that gives you the best specs for the best price. Even though cheap Lenovo ThinkPads don’t have the same “trendy factor” as MacBooks, it means they can give you better value for a better price. Let’s face it, MacBooks can be overpriced when compared to affordable Lenovo ThinkPads like a used X1 Carbon, Yoga, or T-series laptop.
Although the refurbished ThinkPads that we sell are not the newest computers, that doesn’t mean they aren’t still powerful, capable, and quick. If you get a deal on a ThinkPad from a couple years ago with an i5 or i7 processor and at least 8GB of RAM, you should rest assured that you're getting a great high-performance laptop.
