Phenomenal for what I need it for. It has a touchscreen which I wasn't expecting, but has already saved my bacon in a presentation where I forgot my secondary monitor. It also has a fingerprint reader so I can unlock it just like my phone. As for performance, it's absolutely perfect! Battery life that lasts for 5+ hours before low power mode kicks in, allowing me to gather data and present PowerPoints without worry. The C-cell charger makes for a quick sub-hour charge, and honestly the built in mouse track is super useful because now I dont have to lug around a mouse if I want to be productive 😆

Device is great, keyboard is solid and there is no major sign of wear on the surfaces of the device so it is indeed in 'excellent' physical quality. The loss of star comes from the screen flicker that occurs at times and the hinge of the device makes a cracking sound when adjusting the angle. Very nearly a 'perfect' refurbished device and the shortcomings are acceptable given the price discount.

It's a nice computer. Coming from Apple, I kinda wish the resolution was better but overall it is getting what I need for day to day life done. Also, I saw PCMag said the battery life is site on it and I have to agree. That is the only sticking point about this model. The battery pack is huge, more than what I am used to but nonetheless I like it! Backmarket made the process very easy from start to finish. Will order again in the future.

I did my best to find anything wrong with the T490 I received, inspected everything, ran every test I could think of, looked for missing components I was supposed to get, and despite my efforts, I had to conclude that my computer was in perfect order. Not only that, it also looked great, no real blemishes were apparent. Given all this, and the device's impressive specs, I must say that this purchase was a steal for the price. I have no complaints, not one.
