The device itself is good and seems to work flawlessly. The only thing is after connecting it, my eero network says "Internet provided by US Cellular" which means this is a device from that provider. It does not seem to affect the network or the performance, so it seems.

The Eero 6+ was a desperate attempt to save money on my internet bill. Service included a monthly fee of $10, to rent the company's wireless router. Back market not only eliminated that cost, they offered an additional savings with this high end router, at over half-off market value. It was easy to install and the Eero 6+ works better than my internet provider's company equipment did.

I live in rural area where only satellite internet like Hughes and Viasat are available. We have very good cell service and AT&T doesn't offer their home internet here either, but i bought this 5G Nighthawk in hopes to add it to our unlimited plan as an additional line, per an unofficial suggestion from our AT&T store. I purchased this 5G unit over the M1 4G LTE NIGHTHAWK because, well, everything is heading that way of 5G. And we have good 4g lte and 5G, so I figured we'd be covered. The item shipped quickly and arrived quickly. Unboxed the device, and I literally slid in my new sim, and yahtzee! We have anywhere from 80-180 Mbps wifi in the house on 2.4 & 5GHz !!! The unit looked practically new! Would I buy again? Without a doubt!

Read before buying! The product was in its original box. It did not come with a manual. But because I’ve been doing my own research on the product for weeks, I was able to use what I had and it was very easy to set up. If you know your technology, which I’m fortunate enough to have experience with. Set up should be a breeze. It came with a SIM card specifically for the type of device, and a generic off brand charger,l. I had then set it up with a AT&T plan and it started out wonky and kept shutting off and rebooting until I figured out how to access the device settings from my phone and used my macbook charger which was a lot longer and allowed me to place it anywhere I wanted. The speed is great, I chose 100gb each month, and only used 15gb from basic streaming and browsing but I’ll be broadcasting pretty soon so that’ll be the ultimate test. Thank you so much for the awesome support. I look forward to making more purchases soon! Probably in the accessories section. You guys rock! **Also I thought this was strictly a 4g lte only device but it also supports 5g l don’t think I had any difference when using either. But I’m just glad it works and I got it for a couple hundred less than other sites that had the item brand new.

Excellent quality just as described before my purchase. I normally don’t write reviews unless it’s an outstanding product or a very bad misleading product. In this case, the produced exceeded my expectations. I didn’t know anything about BackMarket before my purchase and read reviews of the website and once I determined it had a good reputation I looked more into the product. For the excellent condition Nighthawk the price was half of what I could find anywhere else. Most retailers had the price marked above the MSRP. Another factor was that my service provider was out of stock and said next availability would be January 22nd. The product here had fast delivery options and lower price. I ordered the product and the shipping was very quick for the free delivery standards. The actual product itself looked brand new with no visible defects or scratches. The battery was also charged and I was able to activate without issue. Works as intended and does not have any blemishes or worn areas on the product. Highly recommend using BackMarket for any device you may be looking for as I will in the future.
