    I'll give my feedback on this in two main areas: 1) order process satisfaction and 2) product satisfaction. Order satisfaction: I am highly satisfied with the order experience. It was my first time ordering from Back Market, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the order was simple, pricing/fees were straightforward, and communication was good. My order shipped promptly and arrived ~2 days ahead of the tracking number estimate. Product satisfaction: I am highly satisfied with the products I received. I ordered 3 refurbished Dell Latitude 5580 laptops. I received all three, they were carefully packaged, clean, and undamaged. All three included the laptops and the charger. I bought them to run them as inexpensive, high performance Chromebooks using ChromeOS Flex, and all three worked perfectly when I installed the OS. I have them set up with Google Family Link to provide a safe way for my children to use the Internet. The hardware is in excellent shape with the sole exception of the touchpads having some visible wear (normal on refurbished devices, so I don't detract points for this). 10/10, would buy again.

    Needed a travel computer that could handle large MS Office files and apps. Not my primary computer. This low cost "refurbished" computer really fits that need. Moving a lot of things I do to Apple products so limiting Android PC investments. This purchase has been great for me so far, but I haven't really challenged it yet. So far expect it will meet my challenges.

    I received the laptop quite quickly and the packaging was excellent. Once I opened the box, I noticed a well wrapped plastic cover protecting the laptop. I had to configure Windows 10 and got everything within minutes. i was worried about the battery life since this is a refurbished item, but so far all is good. i'm very please with the purchase and will recommend a future purchase from Back Market.

    - Took some time to get booted and functioning properly (3hrs). Lots of restarting. - Perfect condition - Had 952 gigabytes instead of 1 terabyte. Barely a difference tbh. - Used to run a little slow but after 1-2 days started working perfectly. - I don’t know if this is on my end, but the extra warranty I paid/am paying for is not showing up as available. I don’t know how that is going on. Overall, pretty good for its price and a refurbished laptop, I recommend you buy this.

    first time is hearing about back market was back in 2019 so I took a shot in 2021 to buy myself a new phone the OnePlus 7 pro, ( 3 and 1/2 years later phone still holding up very strong ) 3 1/2 years later I decide to buy myself a Lenovo 2 in 1 laptop excellent grade so far for the past 24 hours it's been great nothing but great products yeah.... Its may say ( excellent) refurbished but it's like they're taking the old products that can't be sold no longer in stores and stick them in a warehouse and wait for people to buy them in all reality there's really nothing wrong with these products.. would always recommend

    The computer & it's price range were great. I was looking to get my grandmother a new computer, since her existing tower was aging out & generally having major memory issues. This computer was within our limited price range, had a large enough screen for my grandmother, & had specs that would easily meet any of her limited requirements. However, the one problem this laptop had (bringing it from a 5 to a 4) was it's near expired OS. I was aware that windows 10 was being phased out by August, but assumed that windows 11 would be a fairly quick install. Unfortunately, this laptops older processor was not supported by windows 11, & since I live several states away from my grandmother, & my grandmother herself not being too tech savvy, it looked like a return was the only option. Luckily, a friend of mine helped me get Linux mint installed as the OS, & the computer (as of now) has worked very well with this system. I must say, it's partially my fault for not checking windows 11 to see if the refurbished computer was covered, but still, having even just a warning that the processor was not supported would have saved us a couple days of headaches. The more unrealistic solution is existing...

    Bought this laptop for school and getting it refurbished is so much more affordable for me as a student than buying it brand new! It was packaged with a lot of protective bubble wrap so it didn't get banged up during shipping and it has been running perfectly for me. I got it in Good condition, so the top surface has a few nicks and scratches, but true to their word the screen is perfect! I plan on getting a screen protector and case for it and I think it'll last me for a long time definitely worth it

    I can’t deny that I was a little skeptical in ordering something refurbished. However “Back Market” made the experience quite simple. I bought a laptop with “excellent conditions” and it did not disappoint. The packaging was simple but protective it brought a charger and the wear a tear do-not show!!!     Rating this highly despite returning the product bc as a business owner, I understand how much a review affects a business. I'm the type of person who does not make impulse purchases and does extensive amounts of research before I buy a product. I am very upset with this purchase and the time spent researching its specs. The main reason I bought this Dell Latitude 5490 was bc of the 15 hr battery life. However, when I tested it on full charge without a charger plugged in, it only lasted TWO hours. This makes it no different compared to my $100 laptop my dad bought me. I understand this website sells refurbished products. Aesthetic-wise, it was beautiful and looked almost new. However, 2h out of the expected 15h of battery life is an injustice. If you do not care about battery life w/o a charger, you'd probably be fine. However, as a student who frequents coffee shops that often do not have outlets, this was a necessity for me which IT Supply Guy failed to deliver. Needless to say, it is on its way back to the seller.
