first time is hearing about back market was back in 2019 so I took a shot in 2021 to buy myself a new phone the OnePlus 7 pro, ( 3 and 1/2 years later phone still holding up very strong ) 3 1/2 years later I decide to buy myself a Lenovo 2 in 1 laptop excellent grade so far for the past 24 hours it's been great nothing but great products yeah.... Its may say ( excellent) refurbished but it's like they're taking the old products that can't be sold no longer in stores and stick them in a warehouse and wait for people to buy them in all reality there's really nothing wrong with these products.. would always recommend

- Took some time to get booted and functioning properly (3hrs). Lots of restarting. - Perfect condition - Had 952 gigabytes instead of 1 terabyte. Barely a difference tbh. - Used to run a little slow but after 1-2 days started working perfectly. - I don’t know if this is on my end, but the extra warranty I paid/am paying for is not showing up as available. I don’t know how that is going on. Overall, pretty good for its price and a refurbished laptop, I recommend you buy this.

Bought this laptop for school and getting it refurbished is so much more affordable for me as a student than buying it brand new! It was packaged with a lot of protective bubble wrap so it didn't get banged up during shipping and it has been running perfectly for me. I got it in Good condition, so the top surface has a few nicks and scratches, but true to their word the screen is perfect! I plan on getting a screen protector and case for it and I think it'll last me for a long time definitely worth it

The laptop was as listed in excellent condition as sold refurbished! There was a slight issue with the Windows installation. The laptop was shipped without being factory reset. Couldn't get into windows because someone's account was still there. I had to wipe the hard drive in BIOS and luckily I had a flash able version of Windows handy! I would have given this product a better rating had I been able to just power it up and go out of box!

I can’t deny that I was a little skeptical in ordering something refurbished. However “Back Market” made the experience quite simple. I bought a laptop with “excellent conditions” and it did not disappoint. The packaging was simple but protective it brought a charger and the wear a tear do-not show!!! It was in mint conditions and OS took normal time to setup overall. I am well satisfied and will definitely buy other items of interest. Good job guys!!!

This is the second time I’ve ordered the same refurbished laptop, and unfortunately, I have to return it again due to the same issues. The laptop keeps overheating and is making weird noises, which have only gotten worse over time. When I first received it, the noises weren’t as frequent, but now it’s constant, making the laptop unusable. I spent a significant amount of money on this laptop, and I’m incredibly disappointed to receive a product in such poor condition. I wish I could add a video to show the extent of the problem. I expected better quality, and it’s frustrating to go through this twice.

WOW! It looks and feels NEW. Types like a new laptop, even the stickers look new! I LOVE it!!! Package wasn't the original but it was absolutely padded better than my old Lenovo laptop when that shipped years ago. I'm THRILLED. The supplier was 2ndbazaar. I looked at similar laptops in 'good' condition for $50 less, but I splurged on the 'excellent' condition laptop and I'm SO GLAD that I did. I almost can't believe that this is a refurbished? Did it sit on a shelf for 2 years? Power supply works perfectly (Lenovo power supply are sometimes the first point of failure on their products). It was ready to start EXACTLY like a new laptop setting my preferences, letting me name it and set my PIN exactly like a new laptop when I turned it on. Are all your refurbished laptops set to do this when they first start? I rarely gush with praise. I'm normally very critical (I have a law degree) but I couldn't be happier. Arrived in just a few days. No personal info from prior owner. This feels like a new laptop at 65% off. I recommend 2ndBazaar as a supplier to trust on Back Market to buy a refurbished laptop. Thanks again!

My wife and I had our doubts about buying a laptop for so cheap from an online seller but we could not be happier with the product. The laptop arrived in perfect condition and if I did not know that it was refurbished I would have thought it was fresh off the shelf.
