Great condition for a great price. Came ready to go with Windows, but I installed Linux on it & it screams with an i5. Back Market threw in a keyboard, mouse, & USB wifi dongel !!! I recommend Back Market to all my friends. As always service & communication with BM is top notch.

Over all appears to be a very good unit. Not sure how much "refurbishment" had been done. The inside had cob webs and a layer of dust that I blew out with canned air. Still confused about "who" is supplying the one year warranty. Hopefully, I won't need it. Good value for the money.

Computer was as describe and in very good condition. Seller provided method for converting to wireless which worked out great as my router is in a different room. It's a great PC for the price I paid. You can game at least low graphics and most games will not lag, even if you want to edit on Vegas Pro 14, so if you want to buy a pc, but don't have $600. Get this PC!

While customer service was great and support responded quickly there was an issue dealing with the amount of memory included with the system, the amount advertised, and the amount the system supports. The system was advertised with 16gb memory. It was shipped with 4gb of memory. Contacted tech support and they shipped replacement memory but when it arrived it was 2 sticks of 2gb instead of total of 16gb. I figured heck with it and ill buy my own memory when i looked up the specs for the pc the manufacturer said the max the system supports is 8gb. This was my first experience with back market. For the incredible low price i paid for the system its not even worth my time to pursue BBB with the vendor or ship pc bqck to get a refund. I wish i had a better experience. Back market itself seemed pretty seamless and the problem here was with the vendor. I will not be using the service again. When seeking help backmarket as a platform seemed handsoff. They said to contact the vendor through the order page instead of directly, however even the email requesting a review directs you to contact the vendor if your unhappy.
