The Surface Pro 4 was listed as "Fair" but I am glad I didn't go for a better rated tablet because it looks perfect to me. I am very pleased with the unit and the seller (and obviously, Back Market).

After watching several TikTok videos about BackMarket, I decided to give it a try and order a Microsoft Surface Pro, shipping it all the way to Kenya. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first—I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of quality and service. When the package arrived, I was surprised by how well everything was packaged. The Surface Pro was in excellent condition, just as described on the website. It looked almost brand new, with barely any signs of previous use.

the laptop looks brand new! I'm having no issues so far. only question concern I have is, when I have the laptop actively charging, I'm unable to function the laptop. for example the mouse becomes very glitch or slow once it's charging. So find it best to let the laptop charge and not use it at the same time. once I unplug it, it's working just as new.

Ordered this device because I’m looking for a 2-1 and minus a slight crack in the case it’s pretty much flawless. Multi screen isn’t the best on this device so if you’re looking to use it with another screen the resolution isn’t the best, and is fuzzy. Besides that it’s been a good device all tests came back clean on health and burn in tests.

Laptop had a bad battery could not keep it charged without overheating and when it was unplugged died ver quickly. Hate that I had to return it because I really liked it but I can't deal with the battery issues.

Everything works well so far! I’ve had it for about a month and things run pretty smoothly, The touch screen is a lovely addition to the laptop! It is a little heavy and hard to open sometimes just cuz of the design, but functionality-wise it’s like a brand new laptop!

came in looking brand new! Only issue I'd bring up would be advertised as if there is a keyboard. Which there there is no physical keyboard. The digital keyboard that all tablets have is what they speak of that's a standard and not an addition.
