I recently made my first purchase on Back Market, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. After extensive research, I opted for the HP EliteBook 830 G6 13-inch (2019) - Core i7-8665U - 32 GB - SSD 256 GB, and I must say, it has exceeded all expectations.
My son, an engineering student at university, has been using this laptop since August 2023, and it has proven to be an invaluable asset to his academic journey. The powerful Core i7-8665U processor, coupled with an impressive 32 GB of RAM, ensures seamless multitasking and swift execution of complex engineering applications. The 256 GB SSD adds a significant boost to the overall speed and responsiveness of the laptop.
One of the standout features for us has been the durability and build quality of the EliteBook 830 G6. As a student, my son carries it around campus daily, and it has held up exceptionally well to the rigors of university life. The sleek design and compact 13-inch form factor make it a convenient companion for his lectures and study sessions.

Been a week, so far really happy with the purchase. Good value for the price I paid. Looked up online and this laptop was available within the same range for used and higher price at reputable stores. I’ll probably buy one for my brother too. I was reluctant for my first refurbished purchase but not anymore.
Back Market has never let me down! Always a great price, a great product, excellent customer service and super fast delivery. My refurbished Chromebook arrived looking brand new! I have purchased 3 phones, the Chromebook I am using to write this review with and will be purchasing another Chromebook for my husband. Happily recommend. 😁
The computer was fine, but it was advertised as [HP Chromebook x360 11 G3 EDU Celeron 1.1 ghz 32gb eMMC - 8gb QWERTY] and it had only 4GB RAM. It was an error, but I had to take it out, charge it because it was 'dead' (battery), set it up, figure out if it was correct or not, then remove my account from it, factory reset it, take photos, and ship it back for refund. The user issued a prompt return via Backmarket, but if it was labeled correctly, we could've just skipped the purchase in the first place.
I was skeptical, but after looking into Backmarket, there seemed to be only positive reviews. My brother got a Mac at the fraction of the original price with only a broken speaker, which he does not use anyways, and I got an HP Elitebook which has been a blessing in my life at a price I could actually afford!
