Just got the computer tonight! Set up was pretty easy and straightforward. Testing it out now and so far I'm enjoying Windows 11 surprisingly and the load speed is pretty good. My only issues are with the speakers, they're not the quality I'm used to which is okay, I can get a mini soundbar for it, and the screen itself is popping out of it's frame a bit on the left side, I popped it back in as much as it could but it's still kinda out on the top and side but it's okay for now. Overall, a functional computer to get work done on!

I'm really happy with my purchase. It arrived quickly and for the price I paid, I couldn't believe what a nice computer. I've never had a computer this size before. The 27' screen is awesome. I can't really say much about the cons for the computer. However. I will be upgrading to an ssd and more ram. which for this computer, is going to be a plus. I paid under 300 dollars for the computer and spend just a little to upgrade it, i certainly am not going to complain!

Really hate doing this bad review. Back Market has been something I wanted to support and I bought my first smart phone from them thinking I would learn how to use it after only owning a flip phone for over a decade. The phone was a great bargain (I guess, because I still use it like my flip phone). Next I bought a high tech router because my neighbor's router was interupting my wifi. Never got it to connect because I am not tech suavy but somehow my neighbors router quit being disruptive. This computer I am reviewing was bad out of the box. The sound card was the problem but Back Market at first was pointing me in the direction of bad cables, headset, speakers, drivers etc. Now I want to say that their customer service representative Luis was very nice and called me many times trying to solve the problem. After 12-13 hours of frustration I messaged the manufacturer (Lenovo) and they remotely took over my computer to solve the problem. It took them two times to finally admit that the sound card was bad and that I should pack it up and send it to them. I did that. Luis (nice guy) wanted me to send it back to the seller but after spending over $60 to fix the problem and the ...

My daughter attempted to set up the computer last night and we discovered there were missing parts in order to facilitate the start-up. The keyboard did not have a "toggle" or "doggle" to connect to the monitor. The keyboard was not the same brand as the monitor! We were having to use our old connected keyboard. The computer did not have a SIM card and living in a remote rural town, we had difficulty locating an Ethernet cord. The computer would not recognize our old printer so we had to return to our old computer until purchasing a new printer. The overall experience was most disappointing.
