Received computer later than initially told. Then went to set it up and I couldn’t activate windows. It was almost as if I had a fake product key used on it or something. Had to send it back but it’s been several days and I haven’t heard anything. I hope they don’t think I’m paying for that thing!

So far, I’ve had two computers from this company Naion solutions and now my second one that I received just broke five hours after me receiving it and all it’s doing is the screen is flashing and I’m getting no response from the Back Market team so just be careful what you buy guys as this was a gift to me and now I’m dealing with the whole situation of a nightmare
