My daughter attempted to set up the computer last night and we discovered there were missing parts in order to facilitate the start-up. The keyboard did not have a "toggle" or "doggle" to connect to the monitor. The keyboard was not the same brand as the monitor! We were having to use our old connected keyboard. The computer did not have a SIM card and living in a remote rural town, we had difficulty locating an Ethernet cord. The computer would not recognize our old printer so we had to return to our old computer until purchasing a new printer. The overall experience was most disappointing.
