    The computer was great. Well above what I thought I was going to get. The charger was a little rough. You could see the wires that went into the plug in that goes into the computer. I ordered a brand new one for $20 so no big deal.

    I like it. Though it was 3 years older than my ASUS Zen, and with fewer USB & HDMI options, it is faster, has more RAM, and is better built with a great screen I can calibrate with my external device. It is slim but very solidly built, with a nice feel to the keyboard. I definitely recommend it.

    Laptop arrived in excellent condition. However in three days the headphone jack stopped working. After contacting BackMarket they sent a return postage label to return the laptop. Before sale service is excellent and after sale service is excellent as well.
