Awesome laptop especially for this price. It had a scratch and 80% on the battery but that’s just stuff you should expect buying refurbished electronics. I will definitely consider buying from black market again

It was my first refurbished purchase so I was a bit worried. The laptop arrived on time with minimal but sturdy packaging. Although, I had ordered it in an excellent condition, but I had not expected the laptop to be in an almost brand new state. Lovely experience for the purchase would love to use refurbished goods from the seller in future as well

My husband and brother in law bought laptops for themselves. My husband is into tech so this laptop is working perfectly for what he needs. He has no complaints. It doesn't look refurbished. I wasn’t sure about this online used electronics situation but honestly, I got an excellent laptop for a very good price. It works so well. I’m a grad student and do a lot of GIS and heavy graphics work. Normally I’m priced out of getting a machine that has anything beyond the basic capabilities needed. Getting a refurbished laptop was a win win win, and as a bonus I didn’t have to feed the exploitative and genocidal industry behind new batteries and electronics. If you’re on the fence, my suggestion is go for it.

Works great and does everything I need it to! The fans can be a bit loud and the battery life is a bit shorter than I was hoping but not really a problem to just use it plugged in most of the time. Would absolutely buy again.

I got this laptop to do classes for my online degree. I’ve had it for about a month and it’s worked well. No issues loading up my materials or using a lot of different programs at once. Works amazing for the price. The one thing that I’ve noticed are the number keys are sticky and I have to press it a few times for a number/symbol to type out. The other keys work just fine though so it’s not too big of an issue. Overall I’m still very happy about this purchase.

The device arrived quickly, everything was well packaged, but the device I purchased was of excellent quality and wasn't in perfect condition. It has minor issues, such as the screws being a little worn. It had been disassembled previously, but the device works well, everything is fine, including sound, the screen, and the backlit keyboard. 8/10 recommended.
