I was looking for an affordable office productivity laptop that would be great for general office things. I haven't upgraded in a long, long time and I think that every laptop I've ever owned suffered from AC (wall power) separation anxiety as I always needed to know where a plug was during a meeting or I'd lose power fairly quickly. This Dell 7480 was eye-opening to say the least after working with the battery alone for a 4-hours and only took a few hours to be back to full charge. I got the "Good" condition and it came in perfect condition in my mind. Highly recommend this machine for general purpose work/school work. Just don't expect the performance to be great at multi-tasking and limit your chrome tabs as it will bog down. I went into this knowing it was a note-taking, web browsing uni-tasker and I and pleased with it.

Perfect condition, everything is just as described, I ran diagnostics and everything was perfect, battery lasts a good amount of time too. I’m very satisfied as a first time customer and I’ll 100% be buying from backmarket again.

Even though the product was listed as Excellent, the screen had a crack in it and obvious signs of wear. Overall, it seems the unit itself works fine. Just surprised it can be listed as excellent and have a screen crack.

I got this laptop for my girlfriend and she is thrilled with it. It arrived earlier than expected. Condition is excellent! I have gotten several Apple products from Back Market but this is the first PC I have bought. I’m very pleased with the experience and will shop there for my next electronics purchase.

Laptop arrived fairly promptly which is typical of things I’ve ordered thru back market. I’ve not had a full chance to use it much as it arrived a day or so prior to us going on vacation. I’ll start using it more often

The laptop is excellent! I love it and it works perfectly. It’s exactly what I needed for school! Update: since I’ve had it for a little bit, my only complaint is the shift keys don’t always work easily. Sometimes I have to push on them harder to get them to work.
