This was my first computer purchase from back market.com, but having had a good experience with three previous cellphone orders you had won my trust. This transaction was quite satisfactory. My brother-in-law mentioned this morning that he was looking for a laptop and after my recommendation he’ll be placing an order soon.

Previous reviews gave my computer several hours battery work life. Best I get is one hour. Tried your contact us link and it failed. Overall happy with the purchase but kind of snarky about the battery life.

I got it for online courses and it's great for the price. Shipping was fast and it looks new. The only issue I've had is that it's prone to overheating, which means that the fan gets really loud. Propping it up so that the vents get circulation helps that though! Nothing major. I definitely recommend it!

It came in perfect condition. I booted it up, straight to Windows. No loose ports, no rattling, no nothing. It might as well have come off the factory line. Not a complaint, but an observation: The HDMI port and the headphone jack are tight. Not bad or dangerous, but you gotta be mindful of the pressure you need to pull the cables out. Absolutely love it and will buy from Back Market again.

This item was described being in excellent condition. It was truly a MINT condition item. Upon opening, I found a computer that most people would look at as new. Due to the generation of the processor installed (8th gen), I was immediately able to upgrade my Operating System from 10 PRO to Windows 11 at no charge. Great purchase!!!

It works well and they tried their best to make it seem perfect. The only cosmetic thing I’ve seen is the E button being slightly scratched. Other than that, it’s perfect
