I have recently ordered the laptop because I needed it for the university. Overall condition of the laptop was good but there are some issues in battery or some other thing that I am not sure about as sometimes the laptop gets stuck and I has to shutdown by power button and then restart. Battery also drain quiet fast even though I paid extra for an excellent but didn’t got the expected laptop.

I received my laptop on the expected date. The laptop was partially charged (not a bad thing) and started right up. the screen and cosmetic exterior were near perfect. the bottom has a couple superficial scratches probably just from normal use. It came with a charger and it all works like new. No issues connecting different devices or wifi. the microphone, camera, sound work. Great battery life so i’m not stuck to a wall.

What I especially liked was the ability to check out the vendor before purchasing..I purchased from someone who was in business almost 20 years and I felt pretty confident the company was on the up and up..they beat dells refurbished price by 160$ and I do have a one year warranty

This computer is awesome! Looks brand new. I decided I am never buying another new laptop. My last two lasted only 2 years and I paid over $600 bucks for a basic laptop that had less options. This one is fast, 16g of ram, great battery life (8 hours!) and intel inside. I have purchased a wide assortment of products from BackMarket including apple watch, android smart watches, Apple laptop and a Dell monitor. I am singing BackMarket's praises to anyone who will listen. I am impressed. Arrived on time and in great condition.
