The ease of ordering, and the quality of the product that I received, are the reasons for my high review of my purchase from Back Market. If I didn't know that my laptop was refurbished, I would never have known by looking at it. It looks and behaves like a brand new unit. Additionally, the seller threw in an upgrade of a touchscreen. This computer is awesome! Looks brand new. I decided I am never buying another new laptop. My last two lasted only 2 years and I paid over $600 bucks for a basic laptop that had less options. This one is fast, 16g of ram, great battery life (8 hours!) and intel inside. I have purchased a wide assortment of products from BackMarket including apple watch, android smart watches, Apple laptop and a Dell monitor. I am singing BackMarket's praises to anyone who will listen. I am impressed. Holy Smolies! Am I ever delighted with my entire experience with Back Market and my Dell laptop. Previous reviews gave my computer several hours battery work life. Best I get is one hour. Tried your contact us link and it failed. The notebook arrived in good condition as described and has been working without problems. It did, however, not come with a standard keyboard layout, which was not called out in the description.
