    The computer was perfect, right out of the box, however the charger sent with it was the wrong one. When I plugged it in the screen alerted me to the incompatibility. Back marker took care of the problem right away through their convenient help service, and gave me options for a refund for the cost of the charger, or return and exchange. I am very happy with their service, and that this perfectly good computer has a new life!
