Second headphones I've ordered. I'm very satisfied. Although the price was around $50 less than new set, but I'm returning customer to Back Market. I've got the headphones in the open box, with warranty, instructions, case and necessary wires for charging.

Im not sure if this is specific to the refurbashin quality of the item or this brand itself but I’ve had these for a while and though I love them, they have some weird quirks. First is that they have multi point connection. Great. Love that. However, if I am listing on my phone but also connected to my computer and I walk away from the computer, it repeatedly pauses what my phone is playing to tell me I lost connection with the other device. The active noise canceling is mild but decent. Activating it is finicky at best when you’re not actually playing music. They also don’t turn off automatically after a while of nothing playing. so if you forget to power it down after taking it off it just stays powered on. good thing it has a good battery life Overall they are good quality and the bad quirks could be ironed out probably if you get the next gernation versions.

They came in box with all accessories and instructions. not a scratch in sight and the sound quality is unmatched.

These are the best headphones ever. They arrived early and in amazing and condition. The sound quality is the best I've ever had. Thanks back market for the best birthday ever.

very nice, no instruction manual which was expected. did come with a charging cable but no audio cable, needs a 1-3.5 i believe

We love back market but not happy with this product. When using the wireless feature the left side has no volume..in researching the product it seems to be an issue. As an adult I would return this and get a refund but it was a gift for a teenager and the teenager is willing to use the cord and hope for the best.
