5/5says refurbished but I would’ve thought the PC was brand new if the box didn’t say so. Perfectly clean, also scratch and dent free. I’ve had the PC for months now and so far it’s run every game I’ve thrown at it running at 1080p 80-100+fps depending on the game.

Just make sure you know how to reset a windows computer since it had “defaultuser” with a password when I first started it but with no instructions for what to do in the box.

5/5When I first booted it up, it was Windows 10. I was a little confused because the description said Windows 11. But as I was setting it up, it did give an option to upgrade to Win 11. The upgrade went fine, and the system is working fine. Activated and upgraded with no problem. It is fast, small and compact. A really nice system. I highly recommend.
