So happy with my new phone! It's refurbished and I selected the "minor scratches" phone but I was so pleased when it arrived. The scratches were almost invisible and I am so happy I got a phone that works like brand new, looks new but I only paid a small fraction of retail cost. Love Backmarket!

Refurbished phone has some quirks, but overall it works well enough with my network (T mobile), and much better than a previous one I had purchased on Amazon that I had to return (same phone, unlocked but wouldn't connect to network at all).

The phone arrived on time and in great condition. You wouldn't even know that it is refurbished. It looks and feels brand new. I will be recommending BackMarket to everyone needing a phone or other electronics.

Finding what I was looking for and finding the phone I wanted in my price range was an excellent success. Product arrived a day early. The only thing I don't and am not happy about is when typing sometimes I have to tap the screen even just for a letter some times. Other times when trying to select something on my screen I am not to tap it at times. I have never gotten a refurbished phone before but I am guessing it is not

I inadvertently ruined my phone practically as soon as it arrived from Back Market's seller, but before that happened I briefly got to feel like I got a brand new phone that was accidentally miscategorized a a refurbish. In other words, this company is what I call A+ quality. I would be tempted to trade it toward buying a replacement, but $20 bucks!?! I kinda want to practice trying to fix it myself. I've been trying to get better at this sort of thing. I took the screws out to reveal the condition of the slot that I assumed I had damaged and I AM newbie to these phones, but it looks like a simple matter of hoping for pure beginners luck combined with YouTube lessons haha.. because all I can see is a very very slight bit of damage to the edge of the slot. For an expert, probably an easy fix, but that horrible horrible (hehe :)) $20 offer for it as-is is just going to give me reason to get some more practice in! This was my first experience with Back Market, so I was a bit hesitant during the entire process until my Galaxy S20 FE 5G arrived -- 2 days EARLIER than expected. The phone was listed and sold in "Fair" condition, so I was totally blown away when I opened the shipping box to find a beautiful, unmarked phone!! I actually took it to a local repair shop to ask them what condition it suits be considered to be, and the tech couch believe it was sold as fair condition and not as"Like New". I've had the phone for just shy of a month now and I have absolutely NO ISSUES or complaints. It was exactly as promised - unlocked and usable on any network. THANK YOU Back Market and the vendor!!!
