5/5I bought a iPhone 8 plus which looks and operates great. Super camera to boot. Took a few seconds to get use to the operation of the home button function as compared to my iPhone 6 s plus. 4.2/5I made a purchase with Back Market for the 1st time. I purchased an IPhone 8 Plus for my son. we selected a device that was unlocked. And when we received the IPhone and tried to connect it to our phone carrier it took us 3 hours and comes to find out the phone was locked with AT&T. Thankfully we were able to get the IPhone unlocked. But to have all this unnecessary issue with a phone that was suppose to be unlocked. I am not very happy. Because of all the unnecessary crap I had to go thru to get my son IPhone unlocked. someone needs to fix this and come to some kind of compensation for all the unnecessary crap I went thru. When thus device was suppose to be unlocked and clear to activate on my provider service. This was my 1st purchase with Back Market. i don't know if I will use Back Market againiPhone 8 Plus 64GB - Red - UnlockedPurchased on January 19, 2024
